Please be cautious, as there is a mail carrier who has a tendency to withhold packages and subsequently attempt to impose additional shipping fees. Regrettably, I have had two customers in the past five years who have experienced this issue. Furthermore, they have resorted to sending anonymous and threatening letters to my residence, alleging that I will be charged with mail theft due to incorrect weight declaration on Click and Ship. I find this situation quite amusing, considering that I have never utilized Click and Ship. It appears that they are engaging in deceitful practices by misrepresenting package weights and stealing from customers.
Upon discovering this matter, I came across numerous negative reviews. I kindly request that you contact the consumer affairs department and initiate formal complaints against these individuals. This will prompt an investigation into their actions. I will provide the relevant contact information tomorrow.

But the employee named Lisa is absolutely incompetent and very rude. Such people should not work with people, I wouldn't even entrust a pet to such people.

If you want to be racially discriminated against then this is the post office for you. I came here 30 minutes before closing and only 3 people were ahead of me. There was only 1 person at the register, an old woman with brown hair and glasses who was bilingual in Spanish, who could not work any faster if her life depended on it. When it finally came to my turn, she refused my package and told me I had to pay for a shipping label even though every other station I've ever gone to has just given me a blank one to write on. She forced me to go back to the end of the line just so I could write that down. There was a customer behind me who had the same issue but even though I was finally next in line after waiting for 3 more people ahead of me, she allowed this customer to go ahead of me because "you were already in line and did not have to do it again." I really wish it wasn't discrimination but this gentleman was a white male and even though we had the exact same issue she refused to give me that same courtesy. Of course, upon asking her why she chose to do that she simply said his situation was different than mine even though he literally had to write the shipping address on the package and she was clearly discriminating against me just so that I could have the worst possible experience ever.
To add to it, she couldn't figure out how to type a simple address on the computer and put a completely wrong address on there. When I told her she needed to rewrite it, she had the nerve to tell me that the address was wrong and didn't exist. Of course, when I told her I have been delivering to that package for years she then decided to correct it. Then, she refused to give me the cheaper postage option so after just wasting an entire 30 minutes of my time I just paid for it because she clearly wanted to gouge the price and make this entire experience the worst possible time of my life and I left.
It's disappointing to see government employees with such blatant discrimination going unnoticed and I hope that future customers of this location are warned of how extremely unfortunate that experience can be for some. Of course after reading reviews of similar shared experiences by other POC customers here, I guess USPS tolerates racism and discrimination at this office.

Rudest, worst customer service ever. The Lady clerk doesnt like answering any questions but she was so nice to the man in front of me that she helped out before me. They chatted for long and her voice sounded so sweet with him. But when it was my turn her mood flipped. Maybe she only likes helping men. Or she could be racist idk, but she is a minority herself. I was having a great day and smiled when i walked in, but her attitude ruined my day and it can ruin yours too just be ready

This post office just saved a stray Christmas present for me. The address was written wrong on the label making it undeliverable (user error on my or the shippers fault). After reaching out to the post office for help, they held the mail and worked with me to get it picked up. I am so grateful for their competency and consideration.

Today I had an important letter to send out to my medical insurance that had a due date. I sent my husband to go in and expedite it so it can arrive on time and be able to track it to be sure it arrives & on time I wish my husband got his name but anyway the guy that attended him denied to have it expedited. My husband was going to pay for it and the clerk didn’t want to and said he’s going to send it normal like if we drop it off in a mailbox he said he has 3,000 important letters to be sent and this ones not important and that it will arrive on time even after he told him it was important . Like the tf he know if it’s important or not that shouldn’t matter if it’s a service we’re paying for. I will go back just to get his name if i find out my letter didn’t arrive on time. First and last time going for service to this location.

Lol maybe I got lucky but I have been here more than once and service was great. They were patient and good at recommending what I needed based on what I was trying mail.
Also it's usually not too busy and it goes fairly quick when there is a line. There are two post office pretty close to each other so maybe that's why.

Went on 8/7/2023. Perhaps I got lucky. There was parking and the line inside was short. There were 3 workers at the time. Pleasant interactions. Nice location. No problems

If there was a zero star I would give them. When I went there two lady were talking for like 5 minutes we were staying in line finally they start the work and one of them were very rude to customers without any reason.
