I had an amazing experience today I had to leave a review. My name is TJ I called Mike the owner Wednesday this week he gave me a quote said the tires will be there Thursday and I can come Saturday @ 10 am for instillation I said ok. Tires came in Mike called me to let me know, today I got there 10am on the dot Mike was impressed. Mike showed me my brand new tires I didn't have to ask switched the tires out I was done by 10:20am. Super quick and great service. Mike and his assistant are a great team I highly recommend this Tire shop I'll be back to get 2 new front tires for my Benz soon.. Thank you Mike for setting a good tone and being honest. I really appreciate that! Tire Outlet is it!! I'm sold :)

I came here on a referral from Vinnie's Automotive. Mike was very helpful; competent and and honest. For the work I needed done, he referred me to someone who specializes in my particular vehicle (Mercedes G550; apparently G-Class is the only Mercedes for which he doesn't do alignments.) He also gave me a good quote on tires upon request (again, he was honest and didn't push them even when I expressed a willingness to replace them early.) I haven't haven't gotten tired from Mike but am likely to do so shortly. It can be difficult to find people who are both competent professionals and genuinely good/honest guys and that's what you have here. He also seems to have connections to similarly reliable and honest professionals in the event that he doesn't do the work you need. Even when it didn't seem like I would be having work done by Mike today, he was friendly and generous with his time and guidance. These qualities are somewhat rare and also invaluable to any car owner. I feel very lucky to have found Tire Outlet Service Center.

I have been going to Tire Outlet for over 20 years and believe me when I say they are the BEST in the Valley. Mike and his service team are one of a kind. Excellent service reasonable prices and very trustworthy. Mike is a sweetheart and very caring. He always makes sure that we receive the best possible service .
