I have been a customer twice. Nephew poked a hole in my dash with a Phillips head screw driver. Doug fixed it perfectly. Girlfriend burned my headliner with a cigarette. The repair is seamless. This shop is in high demand for commercial contracts but I am more than happy to take a spot on the waiting list.

I needed some leather repair on my Lexus 2002 SC 430. Through some recommendations I checked out Snow Vinyl in Northridge. I contacted them by phome and was asked to text them pictures of the areas that needed repair and I received a quote back within 24 hours. I booked the appointment dropped off my car and was notified that the car was ready later the same day. When I got there and looked over my car I could not believe my eyes the interior looked brand new. Snows has fair prices and great work. Doug the owner is passionate about his work and it shows I highly recommend them Dennis S

This is an unsolicited review. This was our first time using Snows. They were kind & quick to reply to my initial, and subsequent emails. They called to follow up, and slipped us in the schedule in time for our trip. These guys are top notch. We brought in our recently purchased RV for vinyl repairs. The previous RV owner had let their cat/ dog walk around on the dash. there were a few nickle sized holes, and probably 50-60 claw punctures spread across the dash. The repairs were excellent, and everything looked like new. Great workmanship!

I messed up with the steering wheel's leather cover of my BMW 435i several months ago, and have been seeking out helps from varies of interior restoration business around Torrance and general South Bay Area ever since, which they all replied (and recommend) not to do anything with the leather at all due to the viral nature of that leather "paint". Until several weeks ago that I found this shop around my school, and talked to the business owner (who was informative, friendly, and efficient) and forwarded pictures of my damaged leather steering wheel to them, they actually told me it was merely the clear code on the leather surface which can be easily restored. I sent my car to their shop last week and it only took them about three hours to finalize the restoration. The moment I saw my "brand new looking" and fully restored leather steering wheel, I was beyond satisfying, they definitely did an absolutely amazing work, and made impossible possible. More importantly, with respect to all responses from other interior restoration shops, Snow's is the only business actually knows what the actual problem is, and solved it greatly! I highly recommend this shop!

Doug is truly a master and exceeded my expectations of the repair on my car, he matched the color, repaired an aging seat bolster and a small puncture and also worked with my schedule. I couldn't be happier since my classic Porsche means so much to me and finding quality work is always hard but Doug knows his craft!

I have to say up front that Doug is not your typical "fix-it" guy, he is a true craftsman. An artisan who takes pride in his work and rightfully so. I recently purchased an RV which had a 2 inch "C" shaped tear in the vinyl flooring. I did quite a bit of research and found Snow's on-line. We traded e-mails and I sent them some photos. My RV was too large for their small shop, so he came to my home to do the repair. He arrived right on time and was friendly and professional. I watched him do the repair and he explained each step of the process. This man has an amazing knowledge of color! My flooring is a yellow/brown marble texture with various shades and veins running through it. He matched the various colors and textures to the point where I literally cannot see the repair, even though I know where it is. I had my wife look for it and she couldn't find it either. His price was more than fair and I highly recommend Snow's for any vinyl repair work. Thanks Doug!!!
