1001 Gayley Ave Ste 105, Los Angeles“I never thought I'd be posting a 5 star review for a USPS, but here I am! This review is mainly for Larry, who seems like a star employee based on other reviews as well. He's just SO friendly and helpful, and made sure that my many, many wedding invitations were "hand-canceled" - they all made it to their recipients without issues!! Thank you Larry!”
“This post office single-handedly revived my faith in USPS. Or, rather, my faith that trips to the post office can be pleasant. The two fellows that seem to be there most often are so effusively friendly and helpful! To the point where one of them, I believe his name is Jackie, got me something green to wear on Saint Patrick's Day so I wouldn't get pinched. We've since moved and I genuinely miss having those nice moments when I'd run errands. To those who can frequent this post office, please take some time to appreciate it!”
“Almost missed it! Couldn’t see the sign behind the low tree. Standard USPS office, ample parking, plenty of outside drop boxes in front of the entrance doors and the outer loop of the parking lot. Opens 10:00am M-Sat.”
“Easily the most helpful post office workers I e ever had been going here for 6 years and if there’s confusion with a stamp they help you instead of get frustrated that you didnt select the right postage”
“KAREN is just AMAZING! I went to this store for a fingerprint, how friendly, helpful and skilled she was. After I missed my appointment because of lack of knowledge and horrible customer service at the Moorpark store, I highly recommend you all don't waste your time, even if you need to drive a little more to Simi Valley for the “Fieldprint”fingerprint appointment, just do it.”

101 S Topanga Canyon Blvd, Topanga“Greatest Post Office on earth. Seriously, the entire team from Lupe to Daniel to Raul have allowed me to grow my business faster than I had ever hoped.Looking for a Post Office with actually super friendly employees and great service? Well, turns out it exists and it’s nestled nicely within Topanga. My only concern is that the team seems to be understaffed and overworked since the new Postmaster took over. The team works as hard as humanly possible, but there are still limits to what can be reasonably accomplished with only one or two employees at the front, especially as we approach the busiest time of the year for packages and mail.Thank you team!Andy”
“The quality of service was the best of all the USPS I've been to. Friendly and kind. Not only do they respond with a smile, but they also do their work quickly and accurately. I would definitely like to use it again when I visit here again.”
“This is hands down the best post office I've ever been to. The customer service is top notch! The guy working there, (I don't remember his name but he's got a beard and he speaks Spanish) has the best customer service I've ever encountered at any post office. He treats everyone with a smile and is so nice when you ask him any question. The older lady is also soooooo helpful!! You guys need to give these people a pay raise because when I say this is the best I've ever been treated at a post office, I mean it!! Hell I live in Van Nuys and I'll drive the extra 20 mins just to go mail at this post office. The post office close to my house doesn't even compare to this one!!”
“Best mailbox center for miles. Every time I come here the service is excellent. I needed to send a fax months ago and he did it for free without thinking twice. Old school style service. Very appreciated. Padded envelopes reasonably priced. Everything you need. I couldn't recommend a better place. A PLUS.”
“This is my second time stopping by. The first one was not good at all. Probably it is because it's almost 5pm and they're closing soon. The male postal worker must be tired and he is not happy to answer inquiries. The second time, I came Friday afternoon. There was a line but it went fast. This lady named Sandra helped me to make the transaction easy. She explained to me in detail the differences regarding the amount of each mailing options. With that, it helped me a lot to decide. I agree with a fellow Yelper - Sandra has been a great. Recommended.”
“Came here bcz it was one of the few P.O.s open on a Saturday. The sweet & professional employee working the counter, Brandy, was the BEST. So repectful, zero attitude, and hard working.”
“Other than having a very hard time finding this place, the service was great and the postal workers were friendly and helpful. I also came at noon, which isn't as busy a time. If you're trying to look for this place, it's behind the Amazon Fresh. I didn't know that there was a small mall in that corner.”
“I stopped by this USPS office to drop of an Amazon return. I been to the plaza this USPS office is in so many times but never knew there was a USPS here. I found parking easily since this office is in a plaza with many parking spots. When I walked inside the post office, there was no one in line so I was able to walk up and hand my package since everything was paid for already. I got my receipt and left, it was a simple and easy process.”

4774 Park Granada Ste 10, Calabasas“Sometimes, we don't know when we'll be needing a post office when not in our usual stomping grounds. Looking for one on the phone pulled up several in adjacent neighborhoods, so why not go to one in Calabasas, a very nice, wooded, and hilly neighborhood at Los Angeles's far western edge?I see that there's a spread in the reviews for the USPS in Calabasas, CA. We've all had some outlier experiences with post offices we regularly use. Some post offices are almost always marginal, but that's rare and can sometimes coincide with their area in general. I almost hate to say that. The Calabasas post office is in a strip mall. It shares parking with other merchants in this strip mall, but a parking space is likely to be found.I needed to send a small box using the USPS priority mail product. Their free boxes you obtain for this service are well designed - in how sturdy they are, in how easy they are to assemble, and even in how easy it is to remove the protective adhesive so that the box will seal. The price for this was just about $10.The gentleman at the counter was helpful and polite. He even added some extra tape at my request, even though the box probably would not have come undone. But why chance it? We made some small talk, given how uncrowded it was at the time, and we commented on how the SFV and the West Side of L.A. have changed over the years.I was told the parcel would arrive in 2 days. It got to its destination the following day! I'm giving this post office 4 stars because it's a small post office. However, it's clean and seems to function well. Now, let me add some pedantic fodder to this review. First, more so than any other section of the city of Los Angeles, SFV suburbs tend to use the name of the suburb (Northridge, Van Nuys, Sylmar, Studio City, etc.) on the mailing address, whereas West Side suburbs like Brentwood, Ladera Heights, and Miracle Mile use Los Angeles on the mailing address. However, if you were to send something to a SFV suburb and address it to Los Angeles - followed by the correct zip code - I'm pretty sure it would get there. Then, the word "calabazas," from which Calabasas was probably derived, means pumpkins in Spanish.”
“I've been a customer of this P.O. for 30 years. Have never had a problem with it. The workers are professional and efficient. The machines work. Never a foul up.”
“I was In N out less than 20 minute and I was getting a passport for me and my daughter the lady at the front will help you if you have any mistakes on you document and Alex was also a great help ,never go in as a walk in you will be there for hours appointment only”
“I had a package accidentically delivered to the wrong P.O. Box. Victor, the Supervisor at this branch went above and beyond to help make sure my package was recovered safely. Victor was in contact with me while the package was missing and made sure everything was done to recover the parcel and keep me informed. This package was irreplaceable and Victor made sure it was recovered. Thank you very much Victor and this USPS branch !”

14900 Magnolia Blvd, Sherman Oaks“Waited in a very long line to inquire about sheet music I’d mailed to Australia that had been returned for no reason, tho’ it had correct postage. I was referred to a supervisor, for whom I waited at least another 20 mins. The Supervisor said I had to CALL customer service. What?! All I wanted was to remail music & get credit for the $9+ of postage I’d already paid! Pretty simple. So, he asked one of the postal clerks, who obviously had worked there a long time, and this person made it SO simple! He said there was already plenty of postage on the package and proceeded to simply prepare it to resend! So I’m very curious as to why I waited for a supervisor, who really didn’t have acceptable answers, nor could he do a thing!
Many thanks to Harry, I think it was, who knew the ropes, all answers, and could easily remedy the problem without much ado! Next time I come in, I’m waiting for Harry, period!”

200 S Barrington Ave, Los Angeles“The ladies at this post office have been consistently helpful and cheerful. It's the only post office I will go to in person. I really enjoy them and I've been using this post office for 20 years! My particular mail lady is terrific as well, Rita. Sometimes the lines are long, so I suggest going at odd-off hrs. I think if you are not nice to them, then you might not get a great response. But if you are anything from reasonable and above, you'll have a lovely if not fun experience...”
“Gonzal and Tristan were both very helpful guiding a package through the USPS system that got hung up in the Phoenix Distribution Center. Once it arrived at the Reseda location, it was quickly put in the hands of the recipient. Thank you both for your help!”
“Today I mailed six small packages and postal clerk Lerne was extremely pleasant and helpful. He made the entire experience at the Canoga Avenue Post Office an enjoyable one.”
“Employee name Paul helped me in extra services. He went above and under for me. I was greatly satisfied. Great working people here. Good job and stop trying to bite that girl ;)”
“I love the convenience of this location! If you are on the UCLA campus, it is THE place to send off your snail mail to other cities, states, and countries. Sure, it is a bit small and cramped, but they offer nearly everything you need a post office to do... mail pre-postage paid items, pay for postage on boxes, buy stamps, etc. They even offer free tape and scissors. The longest I have seen the line is 6 people, and it has never taken more than 15 minutes to get to the front of the line... even during tax season. My local post office takes far longer, so I typically bring all of my mailing to work to send off from this location. The student workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Mail is usually picked up at two times during the day (1 p.m. and 4 p.m., I believe) and this location does not receive any mail or boxes (which expedites the line).”
“9/10x i have a positive experience..lines arent long and workers are very helpful..only one ive had a problem with..she was super rude and gave me wrong information just so i would leave. Cant have one miserable person ruin it for the others that are awesome!”

16911 San Fernando Mission Blvd, Granada Hills“This post office has always been good about getting back to me on any customer service I might need. Also Rebecca provided great customer service specifically and was very patient with a less then patient customer. I've heard stories of other horrible post office, im glad the sylmar branch and it's employees are my local ones!”
“This post office just saved a stray Christmas present for me. The address was written wrong on the label making it undeliverable (user error on my or the shippers fault). After reaching out to the post office for help, they held the mail and worked with me to get it picked up. I am so grateful for their competency and consideration.”
