Ok, I've been to many Metro stores and have never been treated so rudely, unprofessional behavior by the CSR who didn't want to deal with my problem as if I was disturbing his down time because there was no one at the store. Neither of the CSRs spoke English to communicate properly let alone understand and comprehend what I needed. Both looked at me as if I was some type of weird alien. Their eyes looked like a deer caught in the headlights of a car. I would recommend going to another store with the same name. I like Metro, the service has always been top notch but this time they really dropped the ball, great disappointment. I really need to consider other providers at this point. If you must use a Metro store go elsewhere, stay away from this franchise.

They stole a $300 phone and told me the $200 phone I exchanged was worth more. Had to go 10 miles to find agent that stole my edge. Lieing, cheating, and stealing. All locations
Don't do it. Thieves and liars , taking them to court.

I thought these guys here were cool but they are not. Do NOT get a new number here. I've had a new number since January 3rd and it's extremely apparent that these guys sell your number and information off the second you sign up with them. The spam calls started the very next day. My blocked number list has over 30 spam numbers that have called this number.... A number I've had barely two months. So yeah don't trust these middle eastern con artists. You'll be bombarded with nothing but spam calls the day after you sign up at this location. Whether or not this happens with other Metro locations it's unknown to me, but DO NOT purchase from here.

There’s plenty of great reviews about Pedro, but he’s THAT good that I thought the manager or Store owner of this location needed to hear it from me. Pedro not only exudes the character of a world class customer service associate, he actually empathizes with his employs and treats every customer with the same world class service. He saved me by helping me setup service for a phone I needed for work. He also helped me keep my ACP plan although the company was going to remove it. By far the best customer service I received from a MetroPCS at ANY location I’ve been to. And I’ve had MetroPCS for 8yrs, so that says a lot. Go Pedro! He’s gonna be somebody major in the Future. A successful businessman of some sort

Pedro is the most knowledgeable and honest from the bunch of west valley stores. Great professional service. Seems like he is the only one that really does customer service there !

Do you research with what would be the best.They offer ACP discounted benefits, if you are eligible, and this is definitely the place to use that if you can. Other services also accept ACP benfits, but in my opinion this is the better company to use it at, its more offical in my opinion because being under T-Mobile, I see this as just a cheaper T-Mobile, but with the same quality of service.Unfortunately t-mobile themselves doesn't work with ACP benefits, because I guess their 'too' big or 'offical', so they accept it through their sub-comonay, Metro.I previously was with T-Mobile under another person, and I can say, I really don't see any difference with coverage and speed.

Fraudulent scam store. I've been a client of metro PCs for at least 7 years and this location is the worst out of all of them including other states.I bought a phone at my local store and it was sold to me broken, when I called they said they won't take it back. I called customer support and they said they have to take it back.I again called back to original store and they said they still won't.Now another call to corporate and they asked me to go to the corporate store which is an hour round trip from my house.They wouldnt take it back either, told me they would call the store I bought it at and have the owner call me since it was franchised.I have 2 phone numbers but neither have been called.This place is corrupt and crooked. Probably going to have to report it as fraud to my bank.These types of business practices are extremely dishonest.

I update my phones at this store all the time. Service Advisors are great. Bought The T-Mobile REVVL 5G. Phone has been a problem.

I highly recommend this store location and was fortunate to be assisted by Pedro whom allowed me to select the best mid range smartphone. And was very royal in adding any discounts and accessories to keep the phone safe(r).It was refreshing to be mtg someone working in a situation that he clearly makes the best of and beyond and it excudes far beyond just the store and the customers. It's clear that he inspires many ppl amd I was very moved by his story, it gave me hope.I am very glad that my short bout of strandedness in Ventura, Santa Barbara, due to the old cell broken down. Thanks so much for providing the best quality phone in that price range, abd for what I need it for.
