“Joanne is amazing! She was one of the few people willing to give me a ballpark quote over the phone based on where my bridesmaid dress is from. Everywhere else said I had to bring it in or they charged me a higher price than Joanne's pricing. I just needed a simple trim of the dress and Joanne was able to perform in a timely manner. I even forgot to bring shoes when I had to try on the dress for pickup but she was prepared and had extra! “My 1st time there, I met Pam, wonderful person manager, showed me the lay of land, what and how much would be good fit for their machines. I had 3 months worth of laundry and was there a few hours!!! She gave deals and told me about their half off days. The facility was clean and new, nice music and TV's too! Overall a very good experience!! Pam was exceptional!! I met the owner and son equal as nice and hospitable!!! A nice time, doing laundry using isn't a fun thing but this time was!! Thank you Pam, I'll be back, side note they have message chairs, and Pam treated me one at the end of laundry adventure!! Thank you again!!!”

“I used to have Gianni tailor all of my slacks and suits from high school in the 80s through the mid 90s when I got out of college. I always knew he'd fix everything perfectly. I moved away, and ended up in an industry that didn't require tailored clothes.Fast forward 28 years. My son is getting married, so I bought a new suit (first in 30 years ). “I have been coming to this laundry mat for years. Im here doing laundry and Hector is the best. He helped me with my laundry and even told me how to do my laundry with the best results. I love his hospitality and how helpful he is with me and other customers. He was so helpful and courteous. I will be coming more often. The reason why i come here is to do the mats for the bathroom and the dogs blankets and her bed. Their machines are big and clean so well. I love this laundromat. If anyone is in Sylmar this is the laundromat that you should come to. I also wanted to add that I think you need to have some of the dryers to be checked on because the heat wasn't hot it didn't dry my blankets and mats for the bathroom so well. I put 24 mins and it didn't dry it, it was still damp. I just went yesterday and it was good. The specials that they have are only on Wednesday and Friday from 1p to 6p. I think they should have one in the mornings because we have to pick up kids around that time. I feel like you guys should have 2 days special but in the morning too. By 2 days i mean like Wednesday and Friday or whatever days in the mornings.”

“SoCal Wash & Fold, Canoga Park is, by far, the best one I've ever used.
Always clean, machines work and if in need of repair are maintenanced in a timely manner.
This place is open 24 hours and always has an attendant on duty (which is very unusual) and cameras, which is nice since I am by myself usually doing laundry.
Nice TVs and a restroom.
They have a frequent user card you can put money on to which earns you free washes after so many, but also have change machine for quarters.
I guess they only thing that's frustrating sometimes is finding a cat to use, but that all depends on the amount of people there at the same time.
It's in the parking lot of Vallarta, McDonald's El Pollo Loco, Panda Express, Subway so you could get a bite to eat or get your groceries.
They are a chain and have multiple locations throughout the valley.
I truly appreciate the professional way this laundromat is run.
Makes my weekly task of laundry easy.
I always look forward to having my hang out wait time in my car.
