I used HK flowers to get flowers as a class gift to my kid's teacher and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was better than what I expected and gave a wow factor. The whole experience was very smooth. I showed the pictures of Instagram photos to show her what I looking for and HK Flowers Florist recreated something with her own style yet exactly the vibe I was looking for. My teacher said she never received any flowers like this and it definitely made my day! Highly recommend!

We ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and Christian did such an incredible job! Couldn't be happier with the way the arrangements turned out. On top of that, it was such a pleasure to work with Christian. He's so nice. They're my go-to flower shop. Thank you HK Flowers!

New owners or managers shop looks better than before but prices are much higher and customer service is terrible zero stars to the women who couldn't get off her phone to help me then tried to sell me her oldest deadest flowers. Not what it used to be sadly.

Never going here again. Drove across the valley to get flowers, but it was closed. And during business hours, even though there were 2 signs saying "OPEN". Don't waste your time there.

This Flower shop is absolutely exceptional! I was in a big bind, trying to find a boutonniere and corsage for my kids prom this weekend, and because it happens to fall on Mother's Day weekend, all of the flower shops were not taking any more orders. I truly appreciate HK flowers, preparing in advance for the holiday, so they don't turn away any business. Despite how busy of a weekend, this must be for the floral industry, I was absolutely taken back by their level of patience and customer service not just towards me, but with other patrons in their show room. It truly felt like customer service is esteemed highly, so thank you so much for not only for filling the order for me, but for a reminder that there are still businesses out there that take their time and genuinely care about the level of service they provide to their customers. I will definitely be purchasing all my future arrangements here and recommend them to my friends and family! You won't be disappointed!

UPDATE: I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars after my interaction with Christian from HK flowers. He reached out to me regarding the poor experience I had with them via DoorDash. We made arrangements to redeliver the flowers. Everything went smoothly and the flowers were beautiful. Thanks again! I scheduled an order for a flower arrangement delivery, as a gift. They cancelled my order the same day literally 10 mins before it was supposed to be delivered. They could've cancelled it first thing in the morning so I could make other arrangements. So unprofessional and rude.
