I called to buy a King size mattress set since the prices Phil quoted over the phone were very fair (actually lowest I found), so I went to his house to take a look. I ended up purchasing a king set for myself and another twin set for my daughter. Great prices and Phil is nice and pleasant to work with - not pushy! Highly recommended. I will refer my friends to Phil.

Phil is professional and definitely knows the fundamentals of a mattress Lol He sells them from his home which is set up just like a mattress showroom. It's kind of cool! His prices are reasonable and he'll set up the delivery for a small fee if you need it. I was somewhat skeptical but he's the real deal and I'm glad I found him!

I bought my bed from Phil, after my I got screwed by Sears for a bed I paid $2K for! It's strange to buy a bed from a man who is selling them from his garage, but it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. He knows his products, is honest about them, gives you a great deal and you can reach him on the phone if you have any questions. You can lay down on the mattresses he's got and he will tell you what to look for and what the differences are between each product. Don't think twice - go see him and get yourself a terrific bargain.

As a single woman, I really appreciated Phil's willingness to walk me through options when I needed box springs (not mattresses) replaced. Better than Amazon prices and I got a well-known brand name. Very happy. Thanks Phil.

Phil was fantastic. He insisted we lay completely on the mattress and make sure it was comfortable with both of us in the bed. It was a little weird going to his garage to see his inventory, but he explained that he is semi retired and uses his connections from his Las Vegas store to get top quality mattresses. He even has a delivery connection that delivered the same day. I will definitely do further business with Phil!

Best priced mattresses and boxsprings in LA, hands down. Phil was wonderful throughout the entire process and as a bonus, he works with someone who delivers to your home for a very reasonable price as well.

Just purchased my new mattress today and I love it! Phil, the owner was a joy and my shopping experience was enjoyable. I arrived at the location and he made me feel comfortable right away. He showed me the mattresses he had for sale and was able to explain in detail about each one and help me find one that not only fit my budget, but was perfect for me. Do not be alarmed that he sells out of his home. He is very professional and knows his stuff! I read the other reviews, and being female and small, I was also weary. Yes, Phil sells the mattresses out of his home, but as everyone else has said, he's a legitimate salesman and the prices are unbeatable. Not unbeatable as in the same as every other street vendor, but actually unbeatable. I didn't think I could afford a memory foam mattress because in the ten other stores I tried out, they're $700 and up... usually in the thousands. He had two choices for memory foam when I got there and I purchased the slightly firmer one for $320. Queen. His other one was slightly softer, for $240! That one was a better seller too, I just like a firmer mattress, because memory foam is soft to begin with.. If you don't need a box spring, they are rolled up and easy to fit into your car. I got a box spring from him for under $100 bucks and a delivery guy for $50, and I live 40 minutes away.

Mike M. should have given this place a fair chance before knocking it. The owner Phil used to have a shop on Ventura, i went there to look around about a year ago but didnt buy anything. He was nice and helpful. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago and i needed a full size mattress for my sons new bed. So i called and found out he closed his shop but sells out of his house. I was alittle weary but i know hes legit cause i visited him a year ago and i figured "what the hell...well give it a shot". I called a few places and saw that averaged price full sets were 400-500 hundred bucks. My wife and I went to Phils house and he showed us a couple different ones in his garage set up like a little showroom and we picked a nice, firm pillow top set for $230. Dont worry...they are brand new wrapped in plastic. He said he uses a guy who delivers the mattresses the next day for $35 who only takes cash. Now youre thinking "This is a receipe for disaster....since heres this shady guy doing business out of his garage and uses a third party mexican dude who charges $35 and only takes cash....its gotta be a scam or fake" Right??? well, trust me...hes legit. if i didnt physically go to his store a year ago...id never believe it, but Phils a older guy who answers your questions, doesnt pressure you and you can tell has been selling mattresses for over 35 years. We received the mattress the next day on schedule and the dude delivering them was nice and set them up for us The only negative things are since he sells out of his garage, the variety is very small and i told him that i visited him a year ago and he wasn't like "thanks for remembering me" or "thanks for coming back to me after a year". I have a business and when people use me again a year later, im very appreciative and tell them "thanks for giving me another shot", things like that. But its not a major biggie. Anyway...my sons bed has been up and running for a couple weeks now and its sooo comfy. My wife and I are gonna need a Cal King soon and we will definately go back to this place.

This place is not a store and the picture is false. This place is in a random shady looking house. And when you call dude he is like oh you need an appointment. Wtf! I would not like my wife or sister or mom to go here alone.
