“I write few reviews. But Paul Francisco who attended to me definitely deserves this review. I booked online. When I arrived my rental was ready and the paperwork was minimal. He is very professional with a quick smile. The rentals are new. I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE. The return was even easier. Excellent service. The rental was washed with a full tank of gas. I hope you consider this car rental for your future needs. Better than the bigger companies. Ask for Paul. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I have been a Enterprise client for over 30 years....when my truck broke down I made a reservation at Enterprise Woodland Hills then switched to the Northridge location because my truck was towed out that way......they quoted me $38.42 per day for a car but they were closing in ten minutes so I ended up at the Woodland Hills store....when they had my car ready they said $61 per day!! I said forget it but they said "nothing we can do". I later called the Woodland Hills office again and again to get some help but everyone said "nothing we can do".....I called customer service and was told the regional office would call me.....they never did....so I call Woodland Hills once again and told my story and a very nice lady answered and said "I am the branch manager here...let me see what I can do...".....her name was Amber.....anyway she asked a few questions and got me a rate of $42 per day which I was thrilled about....I asked about the previous day and she said $42 per day for that day as well....she was great!!! She cared and took the initiative to make me happy and honor what I had been told.....she is how I remember Enterprise for over 30 years....someone trying to help me...not just a robotic "nothing I can do..." which is a terrible response from anyone in customer service. Also very helpful was Patrick in the Woodland Hills office....he is what customer service is all about.....polite, friendly, and willing to help the client....he is a pro and will go far in his career...just like Amber!! These two are the best and are very much appreciated!!!!”
“Enterprises are all owned by different people. This one is still owned by the actual owners of enterprise. I think it’s the heir, the daughter. I was impressed, because the person we worked with bent over backwards to drive to another location to get us the vehicle we needed to transport some thing for a short trip he did it in such a timely fashion. It showed they really cared. I can’t speak for every single location, but I definitely recommend this one in the Encino Tarzana area. he also matched the price that was quoted to my friend in Long Beach. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this enterprise Rent-A-Car location.”

“Recommended by a family member this is a great place for vehicle rentals. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. This is why I continue to use this location for all my rentals. They asked if I needed anything including keeping me posted on when my rental would be ready. I don’t mind the wait as they’re a great team. I hope they all get a great holiday bonus for the exceptional team they are. During my first rental I noticed an employee using ASL with a customer which I felt was outstanding. He did his best to communicate with the customer and his team members acknowledged his skills and thanked him for going the extra mile. “It was a very long wait for the car. I had to down size. About a week ago I booked a 12 seater. An agent called the morning early and informed me that they don't have that vehicle. This time around no call only to get to the counter to be told that it's not available. Not enough staff to help. Or maybe it was just an unusual ? busy day.

“The nicest location! Everyone who works here is very kind and helpful. I had to rent a car due to being rear ended (hit and run). After getting my car to the repair shop enterprise picked me up from the body shop down the street and brought me in to get my rental. I got a Mitsubishi Outlander and man, what a nice car! My was ready early and it was very easy to come back in and drop off the rental. They took me back to the repair shop which was so nice of them! I would use this location again in a heartbeat! “My review is for Regan, thank you for successfully addressing my concern this morning as the boys over at the San Fernando branch failed to do in two days. When Regan picked up my call about 5 minutes past opening time, she had just walked in the office, still panting as you can hear it in her voice yet already had my account pulled up without me providing it to her (maybe caller id) answered my question and even provided extra information that I was not aware of which was extremely helpful. She was attentive and clear with each response. She gave me the piece of mind I needed to my time sensitive concern. As a busy person myself, I appreciate her time and effort in delivering good customer service.”

“My gorgeous BMW was slammed into and while in the body shop, after going through H*^% with the regular Enterprise, I demanded a car from Enterprise Exotic! These guys are PHENOMENAL!!! They got me in my ideal car, literally with a couple swap outs, within 3 days!! Gee, Chanukah and Spencer were absolute rockstars and I literally think I just found my next new car; Maserati Ghibli!
