I was in the store and it took soooo long for the person to actually help me, because she could not obviously do two things at one time. Will never come here again, never felt like such a foreigner in my own country until I tried to shop here. The worst part it wasn't even my phone, it was my girlfriends phone so we both had to suffer thru this ordeal. Never again!

Hey guys I bought a phone from boost and it was suppose to come with a set of air buds but they did not send it to me . After a month their client services doesn't give an answer. There is no body to talk to in USA . Their customer service sucks. Do not buy a phone from them .

Jamas vaya a esta tienda. Los teléfonos que venden no sirven perderás su dinero. Te hacen esperan mucho. Es una estafa esta tienda tiene muchos compleints. No le recomiendo comprar en este lugar jamás.

So going on 50+ days I'd say very reliably most of the time Boost's connection speed is 1000ms latency, sub 1 Mbps download and sub .2 Mbps upload. This Boost is a subsidiary of ATT? no doubt.

OMG this company is the WORST!!! Stay far far away. Called to get some general info. C/S WOULD NOT transfer me to their sales dept until I agreed to switch my existing phone. I said how could I do that till I spoke with someone to discuss plans?? C/S rep put me on hold and NEVER came back. The WORST OF THE WORST. Heck if I experienced this as a potential new customer can you imagine the service I would have gotten as an existing client, UGH!!!

Horrible, tried switch from sprint to boost Mobil he told me I can't I asked why and he said you can't just "switch"!!!! I told him do you watch tv? That's what they, you, advertise! He said no, buy a phone and pick a plan I said your a joke and walked out. It was some old guy didn't even know his **** from his ***!
