This is the worst branch ever. There's only one teller here all the time. They should request to Get more tellers. I see people just standing in the front saying hi how can i help you. carrying a I pad! They should help out the teller when is pack. They should be a team Player. Bofa should do better.

I have to say.. i was really worried reading the reviews BEFORE going to this branch.BUT.. I feel like i went to a totally different place than what everybody is describing!I have nothing but positive things to say:- the place was practically empty, only like 3 customers in line.. which talks about them being efficient.- I made an appointment to open an account before going which they had on their system and were ready for me.- the guy at the front desk was great, really polite and engaging, he checked I had everything ready for my appointment, gave a me a recommendation on the best product to get based on what I needed and let the next person know I was ready for her.. really great guy.- then Erica help me get set up with an account, she was amazing as well, extremely engaging, personalized rapport, seamlessly walked me through a TON of "paperwork" but made it seem so easy and straightforward.. she even help me set up my online baking on the same appoinment and made sure to clarify every question I had.I walked out of there only 25 mins past my appointment time with everything I needed and an outstandingly positive impression on my very first visit.:)

Out of 4 people, only one was working, and they refused to serve me, saying that everyone was busy. Although the 3rd ones sat and did nothing.

Hello! I called support and asked for help. after an hour and a half of conversations with three different specialists from different departments, they came to the conclusion that I need to write a paper letter somewhere in Arizona. they don't have an email. the situation is complicated by the fact that my English is not very good and the staff do not even try to delve into the problem. I'm stuck, what should I do? HELP!

Manager here is incredibly rude and passive aggressive. Came in for help with my SDI banking and she was very judgmental and rude.

I had a small issue with some check that I needed to deposit, I came 30 seconds after they closed the door I needed someone to help me out with this super quick but they acted like robots with even small sense of human.I have tried to explain that is just 2 seconds and they even didn't want to listen.It was still people getting service inside that's why this horrible feeling because they could help and they didn't.

I mostly use their ATM's. It is fast, efficient and convenient. They have 2 along Roscoe Blvd, 1 in the back and 1 inside. One time I came in without an appointment, the receptionist told me the wait is 45 minutes. I don't see anybody waiting though. So I left went to another branch and I was catered. Parking is in the back. You can go thru Roscoe Blvd or Winnetka.

Unfortunately very disappointed, hoping someone above manager can answer me or explain why this rude customer service.I was at this location on Wednesday 08/22 to see if I could cash two checks I received from a settlement, one was large amount the other just 2000. I don't have B.A checking account but those checks I received were from B.A account.First, some how, I knew it was gonna be a problem cuz only one blonde lady at the window and she didn't seem to be happy. When I got to the window I asked if I could cash the checks and what did I need to do it and the answer was this: " we don't cash large amounts" , I asked then "what about the small amount, 2000", and this lady just said: "I can try but don't think so" not even 2000 dollar check!! I left very disappointed feeling kind of discriminated. I did cash the checks at other location where all they did was to verify the account make couple of phone calls and bingo!!
