Horrible service from teller and worst outcome trying to get help from manager. I've been a BAC customer for 35 years. Time to go.

This is the worst branch ever. There's only one teller here all the time. They should request to Get more tellers. I see people just standing in the front saying hi how can i help you. carrying a I pad! They should help out the teller when is pack. They should be a team Player. Bofa should do better.

I think this is worst bof. Service so slow and they all so lazy…they got only 1 cashier and the waiting line us alwaysstack
