I came here at 1:40a and the doors were chained closed even though the employee was on the phone and inside. He lied and said they’re closed until 4a. Not the first time this has happened either

This place says it is 24 hours, but on multiple occasions, I drive there, and the doors are chained shut, and it is clearly closed. This time was April 3rd at 2:11 Am. Stop saying you're 24 hours when you're clearly not. I'm wearing my time and gas because you can't post accurate hours. I am just going to stop coming here and assume you're always closed. Even when they're open, most of the staff can't speak English anyway.

This 7/11, on Roscoe & Mason has the absolutely worst customer service. I use to go there for convenience, even though the employees treat the customers like trash. They look at you as though they're seething with anger. They act like you're bothering them when they have to ring you up. Never a smile, a hi, a bye, or thank u. The straw that broke the camel's back for me is when I was carrying a back pack b/c I was walking. I totally understand if u can't carry the back pack around in the store. A young female employee told me to take it off. I gladly did so and handed it to her. She refused to take it behind the counter, where it'd be safe until I was ready to check out. She made me put it on the floor by the front door, where ppl could steal it, steal from it, and walk on it. I told her my $ and medication were in my back pack and I didn't feel comfortable leaving it on the floor by the front door, where it could be stolen or stepped on. She didn't care and insisted I leave it there. She was appallingly rude and disrespectful. I'm also an older lady. IDK how a young person could be so rude and disrespectful to an elder. She was a stunningly beautiful young girl who immediately turned ugly by her rude behavior. I will never go back to that 7/11 again. She along with the rest of the employees should be fired!!!

I'm very upset i baught a coffee and a muffin for 2.49 and a lady mane Mazcan gave me 7.51 change. She owes me 10 dollars. When I can back an older man name Sam said she's not here go to another 711 as if they owed me. The man was very rude dismissing me and giving me the hand to go away. Didn't even appologize or try to help me. Im never coming back to this 711 again after I get my money back.

This 711 is horrible the workers there are perverts and extremely rude. There was a man with a religious hat and he accused me of stealing some chips. As I was walking out he asked if I payed and then I said "yes I did" and he continued to accuse me then after I showed him the receipt he told me ok and never apologized. I was unsure if the cashier was there but he told him after I left. And after I left the man with the religious hat looked at my butt and chuckled. A horrible 711. This all happened to my wife.

Easy n and out shop, see quite a few people complaining about the state of the food, it's a 711 for $1.50 you're not going to be getting quality food, it's maintained and is quite clean compared to other 711s in the neighborhood

The owner or manager is always mean and takes off my points from the app when it clearly shows I can save three dollars or more. He doesn’t seem to want people using the seven eleven app at his store. Super rude. However the lady there(Monica) is super nice and always very helpful which is the only reason why Im giving them 3 stars, other wise the boss there deserves only one

This 7-Eleven doesn't deserve any star at all. That lady Rita don't have a work ethic at all. She is very rude to all her customers. Even she is the owner, soon, or later her business will go down SOON.
