very hard to get a hold of them unless your show up to their front door. I admit they'll hook you up with good deal to fix something but last time I went to take a friend car, we spoke all prices for parts & labor so no hidden feesafter everything was fixed they charge my friend hundreds more. smh. done with this shop .

I had an appointment for 10:00 a.m. When I arrived the business was closed. I called the business representative and he informed me he will arrive at 11:30. I arrived at 11:35 and waited until 12:00 p.m and no one showed up or called me to update me. I will not recommend this business. This is my review.

I took my brand new 2023 BMW to get a cat back exhaust put on and the whole install was done incorrectly. I wasn't issued a refund and I had to take it to a new shop to get it fully redone. I went to a BMW technician and he said that the whole install was done wrong and I should take it back and get a refund. The exhaust was shaky and Rattalee after the install. I took it to somewhere professional, and there was no rattle and everything was perfect. This was a terrible experience. I'm out over $600 for a easy $200 install. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Especially if it's a BMW. I ended up paying twice for the same job. I asked for a refund nicely And told him everything that was wrong with the install and he told me I was wrong and that it was done right. I took it too two very good shops and both places said it needs to be taken off and fully redone. This shop could have at least made it right and refunded me my money. Instead I was told "don't play me like a fool". I repeat do not go here for work on your vehicles. You will get a half a** job and if you tell him to fix it he will tell you that's how it is and there's nothing more he can do. TERRIBLE!
