We visited Wise Acre Farms because I couldn't resist a fresh egg vending machine, but it is really so much more. The farmers were so friendly and answered all of our questions. We learned so much! We got to visit farm dogs, goats, and fancy silkie chickens. Geese and ducks were not far off and we ended up with 6 duck eggs to go. Their chicken flock is smaller than usual at the moment and they do sell out of eggs. Couple of tips... You can visit any time, even if eggs have run out! There are goat food dispensers if you want to feed the goats or you can bring your own goat-friendly foods to give them. The silkies are just adorable with their floppy hairdos. Definitely worth a visit, or maybe it becomes your regular place for great local eggs.

We were looking for something to do with our toddler in the area and came across this sweet little farm. There are goats, chickens, ducks, and geese. Again it’s very small, but perfect for our little one. There’s also a picnic table if you want to bring lunch. The egg machine wasn’t working when we were there but it looked like they have regular pick up times while the egg machine is out of service.

My favorite place to get farm fresh eggs (both chicken & duck) . The vending machine is extremely convenient and the eggs are high quality.

Highly recommend this farm for toddlers. They had fun feeding the goats (bring quarters) and buying fresh eggs from the vending machine (take credit card only). This friendly farmer also offered to let my 2 yo pet a chicken!

Ever wanted farm fresh eggs from the convenience of a vending machine? The answer is yes- you just didn't know it yet. But truth be told this is an ingenious, albeit unconventional, fun way to get your hands on the freshest and tastiest eggs in the region. Their site has an FAQ and is very transparent on how they take care of the chickens. Stocked daily and a bit pricy, but it's worth going the extra mile to get your hands on these tasty eggs where they treat the chickens well!

It was quick and easy! The eggs looked amazing, can't wait to try! I love the chicken of the month inside the egg carton. The goat feeding station was a great touch. Only 2 of the goats wanted the food! But they were all super friendly and cute!
