I believe this company now goes by the name WineShipping which seems to be part of the issue. I gave 3 stars because as a former employee of 12 years, I was happy with the hard work and service my team, coworkers and I provided our customers. However, that company no longer exists. They are now owned by WineShipping and as a customer, I’m very disappointed in their services. I still think the Windsor team is doing a great job, but with very little support and acknowledgement. I feel as a customer, the “higher ups” at WineShipping don’t seem to care about their Windsor employees or customers. I feel like there’s very little communication and it seems odd we are not provided current contact info for all employees including upper management. However, it’s difficult to get a response or answers on time sensitive items which seem that can only be addressed by upper management but we are not allowed to contact them directly. Hmmm… ? I’ve been waiting months for a credit and resolutions to billing and carrier issues. I’ve spoken to other wineries which were my former customers and they feel similar when it comes to the lack of communication. It’s very unfortunate that Windsor as a whole is not treated with the level of care and service as it once did. They will continue to lose great employees and eventually great customers as well… it saddens me to see what I worked so hard for to be diminished so quickly by a company like WineShipping.

Very disappointed in the way temp/seasonal workers are used and abused. I've worked other jobs before and the lack of empathy and proper training from upper management here is appalling. High turnover during seasonal/ holiday work is not a morale booster and if you're not in with or chummy with the higher ups you're definitely on the chopping block. My fellow co-workers on the warehouse floor were all great and very helpful though.

It's very good for winery's to get their product to customers around the world or for winery's to get their wine to subscribers to their wine clubs!
