First time using this business. My first impression was how dirty the place was. Wet towels on the floor under a leaking washer. The floor was extremely dirty, and there was NO attendant. I also feel that it was very expensive to wash there. If the place had been impeccably clean, it at least would explain the prices. I wish I had taken pictures to back up my factuality.

While the machines are cleaner than other local laundromats and the ability to use a card vs. coins, is a positive, I will not be returning to this establishment. This was the second time I've gone and I was looking forward to being able to get my work done quickly and quietly. Instead, the employee that came in to deal with a customer that was there before me turned on me when I enquired about a slip I submitted the first time I was there due to an issue with a charge. He was openly hostile, and even after I let it drop he proceeded to continue to talk to another employee while I was in ear shot. He wanted to stay to watch to make sure the first customer left without issue after finishing her laundry. He made it incredibly uncomfortable to be there. After being rude to me he eventually returned my money through the other employee. He never apologized or tried to explain himself. It doesn't surprise me that there were no other women in the establishment. He made the environment feel unsafe and as someone who has lived in this community for close to 25 years, I am saddened that this happened here. I attempted to reach out to the owners, but was given the number to the office that has a message from this employee on it.

horrible place, the machines don't have enough water, they don't wash well, the service is very expensive, the machines swallow a lot of coins, the dryers don't heat up, when I asked the guy who arrived if he was the manager or he worked there he answered no, when he had a key to that place, I explained to him what was happening, he told me that the town of Windsor does not have enough water, rather it seems that he is the owner of the Laundry that his pipes do not have enough water to not pay, we are a customer customer and pays for the service, lack of respect for customers, I feel sorry for the people who go to wash at that place because they do not complain so there is no one in that place who’s responsible.

There are two very large and one slightly smaller commercial machines that you can do rugs in. They work great.

The washing machines work well but the dryers are a little old and you can no longer see the buttons to set the desired setting.

Small but uncramped and clean facility. Coin or card options for up to 8-load capacity washers. Clothes came out clean. TV and free Wi-Fi. Friendly personnel are quite helpful, eager to answer any questions about the machines. Not crowded today but could use more ventilation. Plenty of parking.

The machines are nice. It's good that they open up at 5am. Not so good when the manager comes in at 6am at tells you the door must stay open when it's 30 deg. This is because someone has ran into the door previously. Thank goodness it's not snowing.

Weird to review a laundry mat but this place is great. It's one of the only places that allows you to wash pet bedding so that's nice. Our washer died and we can't get a new on til Wednesday so we headed to the laundry mat. The machines are HUGE and the facility is updated. All of the machines were in working and the owner and a helper were there working. Everthying was neat, tide, and operational except my kid wanted a toy from the vending machine. I gave her .50 and the machine accidentally spit out an empty container. I didn't have any more quarters but oh well, she didn't NEED the sticker. The helper, Art, noticed and didn't say a word and handed her a stack of quarters. So sweet! We chatted and he's a helper there, super nice guy. Also on our way out we saw an elderly woman with the hood up on her vehicle and there was Art, helping out. It was a heartwarming thing to see. What a nice guy!
