I've been really nervous to bring my ring anywhere to be fixed after the jeweler in Ukiah retired. After researching several stores I reached out to Vintage Jewelers through email. Brendan, the owner, really put me at ease and I was greeted warmly when I walked into the store. Brendan is a third generation jeweler and is highly knowledgeable. You can feel the vibe of his craftsmanship just being around him. I was able to get my diamond mapped and a more high resolution picture after he fixed the bent prongs. I learned so much about my diamond and was able to pass the info on to family - as it is a family diamond and a OEC - Old Earth Cut - meaning before 1926 and likely from late 1800s. I appreciated learning more about Brendan's craft and getting to really see my diamond up close as well as a little history on diamonds - being a teacher and someone who loves history - yes please!!! Brendan is professional, well-educated, kind and thoughtful I recommend Vintage Jewelers in Windsor 100%!!

Make this shop part of your special occasion! Brendan was such a kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable person to work with when selecting our wedding rings. The engagement ring I bought from Vintage Jewelers had a large opal stone and I was worried about finding a wedding band to match. He erased all of my worries by informing me he could make a custom ring! I was over the moon! I went with a very simple custom band because I tend to be quite hard on my hands but he can do custom rings with jewels too. This store also has an excellent selection of earrings, necklaces and little gifts. They even have old coins which I think is really neat. I can't wait to bring our rings in for a cleaning as I know they will be in good hands.

We were referred to Vintage Jewlers by a friend as our wedding rings had become quite scratched and needed a good cleaning as well. My wife's ring also needed to be sized a little larger too.Brendan and his associate could not have been more patient, thorough or professional. They treated us wonderfully! But....the best part was when he brought the rings out for us. Both my wife and I were truly shocked at how brilliant they were (again). We turned to look at each other, mouths open in surprise. The rings looked brand new, maybe better.After years of wear and tear and barely surviving the fire that destroyed our home like so many others we were amazed at the quality of the craftsmanship Brendan offered us. And of course I couldn't resist trying find any evidence of his resizing work...nothing...it was perfect. Looked like brand new setting. We are both so delighted to have our rings back and still marveling at how they sparkle and shine.Thank you Brendan for a wonderful experience. We'll be back soon with other pieces.

This jeweler is the real deal. The merchandise in the store is amazing. It would take two hours to look through all that they have, old and new. But I went to this jeweler for a quick jewelry repair. They were able to complete it within five minutes, with a smile on their face. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They even offered to clean my pendant. I will give these people my business with all my jewelry needs. And so should you!

I have visited this shop several times for various reasons. Every experience has been a positive. They are kind and educated people. They have showed me how they can best secure stones that have become loose from wear and time without disrupting the integrity of the piece . I am impressed by their ability to date jewelry and craftsmanship allowing me to fill in gaps of my family history. I cannot recommend them enough. They care about you as well as the pieces you bring in. I look forward to continuing to work with them.

I was visiting my sister and we went to Vintage Jewelers to talk about fixing a crack in her jade bracelet. Brendan was very honest with her when suggesting fixes and making sure she knew the risks and permanence of the fix that she wanted. You could tell that he really cared about his work and wouldn't do anything to harm or ruin her bracelet. Since I was there, I showed him my beat up, misshapen, gold bangle and asked him if it was possible to reshape it back to the oval that it used to be. He took a look at it and fixed it for me right then and there! I would have gladly paid him for his time, but he wouldn't charge me. I LOVE that I have found this small business, jeweler that I would trust 100% to either buy new pieces of jewelry or bring old pieces to repair.

The people working here were incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. I came in for a small repair and they were able to fix it with a very reasonable charge. I felt very taken care of and I was able to pick up my jewelry very quickly! I highly recommend giving the folks here a visit if you have fine jewelry that needs a repair. They also have a very wonderful collection of pieces for sale.

I recently visited this jeweler to resize my pearl graduation ring. While I was there I had amazing conversations and wonderful customer service from the gentleman working there, Tom and Brendan. I just happen to be wearing my vintage 1920s art deco ring which got Tom’s attention. And expressed to him my sadness that the detail (small swirl) had a broken off of the ring that was over 100 years old. They took a deeper look and told me that they could fix it! I was in shock! A little scared at first because I believed it would cost a fortune to melt down a piece of gold and make such a unique detail and put it on this ring. Like what if they missed up my ring!? BUT Completely reasonable price, a steel even! The cost to resize my pearl ring actually cost more than fixing my vintage ring. Less than a week later my ring was ready. They did an amazing job and I can’t even tell which details in the ring were broken in the first place. Such attention to detail. This ring means the world to me and they understood it and took the time to carefully fix it. I didn’t even know it was possible to do work like this. They are miracle workers!!

I have an antique snake ring that I wear daily and noticed that one of the little diamond eyes was loose. My husband and I just moved to the area and found these wonderful folks online. Not only do they specialize in vintage jewelry, but they tightened the stone free of charge. So sweet. I've found a new hunting ground for jewels here in Sonoma County!

My mother and I have been customers for years. Recently brought in a bent diamond ring I've been wearing since high school. Not only did they repair the bend and give it a good cleaning they also tightened the diamond that I didn't even know was loose. They are life savers, so grateful!
