Top notch service from Jayson in the Windsor Verizon Store. I ordered a new phone, delivered to the store. He set up the new phone, transferred all my data and got me 100% set up. Jayson was focused, patient, made sure it was transferring and gave me update estimates. He then served another customer. I really appreciated his focus, professionalism, knowledge and easy manner. Totally pleased with this 1:1 service.

Came in with my wife and daughter to try to setup a new line and my daugther's apple watch. The advisor was rushing and just quickly setup the phone line charged us and jumped ship as he was more concerned about helping a another young womam in the store. However you can tell the patience and time he took trying to help her out. We sat there easily another 20 minutes trying to figure the new line and according to him we could not setup the watch. But that was the extend of things, as for the other client she sure did get his entire attention and devotion...the following day i ended up cancelling everything all together. Considering all the bad reviews i am reading along with mine you wonder how stores like that still remian opened.??? Just a joke I will go to ATT or T mobile hopefully they will have a better customer service

Amaris V is outstanding. I switched from being a 20 year android user to Apple. She was accommodating and knowledgeable. Amaris provided insight into how the phone worked etc. Excellent Service.

This location doesn't offer any of the advertised deals and contracts. Probably better off going to the Santa Rosa college Ave location.

I thought this was alegit Verizon store but its a knocknoff, foogazi, generic, dollar store verizon . Theres a mid 20 year old tall dark haired guy that walks around like hes the phone god but seems like he hates his job. Doesnt offer to assist his co workers in any way...another employee is actually probablly the smartest of the bunch and the most helpful...shorter, tan, long black hair but the biggest mistake of a hire is the girl thats about 5 foot 7, light skinned, mid length dark hair. DO NOT let her touch your phone. She will disconnect the wrong line, lack any knowledge of how to fix her royal Eff up and play dumb when someone asks her what happened and claim zero responsibility. Wasted 4 hours sitting there while her co worker tried to clean up the big dummys mess, was on the phone with like 4 other verizon techs and they couldnt even fix her royal eff up. Finally someone with a brain got on the phone and fixed it 5 hours later FROM OUR HOUSE. So save some time and a headache and go to SR Verizon on 4th street. Avoid this place unless u just need to use the bathroom

Me and my wife went to get a new phone and since this is the closest Verizon we went to this location . This is the rudest most careless employees I’ve ever seen since no one acknowledged us despite that the store was empty and after 15 minutes of waiting we asked one of the employees if she can help us and her response was “ sorry I am done with my shift “ and she left the other employee (Jesus) was stretching his legs on the chair doing nothing and when we asked for help he said he was busy. Been with Verizon for 15 years and I’ve never seen such actions , made me consider switching. Drive to Santa Rosa better than dealing with this disrespectful teenagers . And don’t bother wasting time reaching out any customer service

Woman in the store didn’t see my appointment on her end and instead of being professional she just said “yeah ok” and shrugged her shoulders. Went to another location and they mentioned that numerous people are starting to complain about the Brooks road location and their unprofessionalism. I spoke to a manager about it and I don’t think she’ll enforce much better behavior.
