Monday I paid extra for a packaged to be delivered Wednesday, guaranteed. Well it was delivered late. I asked about the guarantee and was told it’s UPS’s fault, not theirs. No refund, just the blame game and I’m out extra money. Not going there again.

I absolutely LOVE this store. They are so helpful, efficient, quick, kind.... I could go on and on. I can't say enough good things about this store. Lovely people who service the community at top notch.
Also this store does so much more than just shipping. They do notary, printing invites for special occasions, passport photos, faxing, scanning, shredding, mailboxes, amazon returns/ returns in general, copying, and so much more. It amazed me to learn about all the services they offer.
Windsor is so lucky to have this store due to the owners and staff. They have helped me with so many different needs and I'm still finding new services they offer everytime I go in there.
Check them out before going else where as their services and pricing are unbeatable.
My kids even love this store.

I have to conduct business on a regular basis at the Windsor UPS store. Andrew is incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He is an amazing valuable asset to the UPS Store. He makes it a pleasant and breezy experience taking care of business.

My first impression was the woman employee greet a customer by telling him the box needs to be taped up prior to customer arrival. After back and forth, she said she'd tape it. I went in with Amazon returns. The mobile phone showed a scan bar and the woman employee said I'd have to wait for third party return label. No suggestions, no friendly face, no options, thanks for visiting our store, but as we exited close to 5pm with nothing done, she had the audacity to suggest I have a nice day. I feel sad for the overweight Beagle in that store. And I hope the other employees are friendly. It's one thing if she is having a bad day. It's another to offer poor taste in customer service for a store whose headquarters tour "offer world class service". Won't return unless the rapport is upgraded or grumpy is replaced with friendly or helpful. It's a tough business to be in.

This store must of sold to someone else, it use to be such a friendly store to go into.My last two experiences were not good.Two weeks ago, the adult male that does the notary was snippy to two different customers, not myself, but left me with an uneasy feeling.Today I wanted copies of my driver's license to send to a bank, both kids maybe 20 working in there, didn't seem to know what they were doing. The one male with a boot cast on, made the copies crooked, and too dark, I had told him in the first place they have to look professional to send to a bank. He continued to not understand why I didn't want the copies crooked etc.over his head I guessSo I ended up with half a** copies (2), so he told me he wouldn't charge me for the messed up ones, but wanted me to put them in the shredder, no problem, but it wasn't a shredder, it was a garbage can that a company comes out to take, that was full to the top. I said no, I don't want my driver's license information for all to see, he said well you have to or I charge you for all of these. I said they are bad copies, it's not like I am going to use them, he said I have to charge you, I said you should of let me do them then, I would of made them look good.I didn't want to leave all my info on copies for others to see, and had to be charged. I told him, I will never set foot in this store again. Two incidents in two weeks were enough for me to go to another UPS store.I wouldn't even rate this store a one, but you had to rate something. Go to another store, you are better off

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Greedy and hungry for money is what their policies and procedures is what you get welcomed with once you walk in there. They charge to print out a UPS label and for 7 inches of tape to seal a small box. That says a lot about the owner. I canceled my transaction and chose to give my business to a different store where customer satisfaction is willingness to earn your loyalty is a priority. NEVER going back. I’d give ZERO stars if I could.

Typically a great location. Went to bring in an Amazon return and forgot to seal the top of the box. Worker wanted to charge me $1.50 for 14 inches of tape and 5 seconds of effort...I'd understand if I hadn't done anything, but to be be charged for something that could have been a quick "Let me get that for you this time, but note we do charge for this" would have made the difference between a 5 start and 2 start review.
