I really enjoy getting my lashes done by Maddie. She is so kind & gentle & personable. The lash loft provides such a luxurious ambiance for a small business. Great staff & great service!I highly recommend booking Maddie! You will definitely not regret it.

I tried making appointment online and did not hear from them. I walked into salon and thought it might be an easier process. The girl that waited on me was so rude and said be cause I was a foreigner, my volume eyelash refill extensions would be $150.00. I have never been treated this way in my entire life and by the way, I am an American citizen. I will never walk in or use this facility again. Unacceptable

I've been to a couple lash places and this is by far the best one I've ever been to. super nice staff, wonderfully accommodating . if there is a bad review on here honestly I'd ignore it. everyone is so nice and or funny. this is my forever lash spot. good job ladies you are amazing .i appreciate your work and love being able to wake up with long lasting lashes.

Where do I begin?! The staff is extremely nice, the space is very clean and SANITIZED. The woman who did my lashes was kind as well as professional. She showed me many different images of others lashes and we came up with how I’d like mine, then end result I am in love with. I really appreciate her taking her time and doing a custom job versus having me pick one style and rushing me out. I could go on about the greatness of this service but my review would become to long. Thank you

Got my lashes done before my daughter's wedding. It was the first time, and they turned out great. I'd definitely get them again. The only negative is that I needed a pillow under my knees instead of lying so flat on the table for so long. I left with a backache.

The was nothing wrong with the customer service, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I had a lash lift and I was disappointed on how they looked. My lashes don't even look curled. Not worth it.

My girlfriend has got her eyelashes done at The lash loft and she looked amazing with her new eyelashes! I highly recommend sending your girlfriend or even mom to get eyelashes done by them.

This was the first time I got my lashes done and there was no pillow for my neck, so that was super uncomfortable. Not sure what lashes they used but they looked really really fake? Like the lash itself just looked like really bad quality. I asked for a classic set, cat eye not too long. She made the lashes SUPER long, and it looked way too dramatic for my liking. When I went home and brushed the lashes, you could literally see the lashes as a layer above my natural eyelashes, I have never had that happen when I've gotten lash extensions. It was almost like she glued all the lashes to my skin above my actual eyelashes, or she just missed a bunch of lashes. It was like I could literally brush my actual lashes and then put some thing in between them to brush the extensions because they were above them, if that makes sense, like two different sets of eye lashes! The artist herself was really nice, so I'm not going to say her name- I could tell that she really cared about her work, but she definitely needs to work on her technique because she didn't listen to what I wanted. The retention was good, but when they started to fall out and I actually looked at the Lash it was like five lashes stuck to one lash if that makes sense. I did notice that after a few days, it looked like I had really spaced out long lashes on each eye, you could honestly count the lashes and I realize it's because she probably glued 4-5 lashes on one lash, which made the lashes just look really thick and fake.This was also a classic set so I'm not sure why there were five lashes glued together.
