I've been shopping here for years. Richard and his wife are really nice people. I love the gifts that they sell especially those that come from another country Richard he's a knowledgeable and Jewelry expert . I'm gonna keep shopping here it's great I recommend it.

It was our first time in Windsor today and we could not be more thrilled to have encountered such wonderful gem of a place filled most abundantly with beautiful treasures! Had the pleasure to meet very friendly Richard as well as his wife Molly. I really wanted to bring so many beautiful pieces home, but alas money does not grow on trees-hahahaa! Thank you Richard and Molly for having the eye to stock your boutique with such gorgeous pieces! I purchased a purple crystal Swarovski necklace with such a beautiful unique setting on a sterling silver chain. I also had my eye on a gorgeous heart necklace and I usually never like heart pieces, but it was well done for sure. Richard is very knowledgeable and down-to-earth. He's also a total foodie like myself and my husband, and he recommended that we have dinner at Baci in Healdsburg, an Italian restaurant that is "to die for" per Richard. After shopping with Richard, that's exactly where we ended going to for dinner, Baci, and it was divine! Thank you Richard for not only have great knowledge of jewelry, but also of wonderful culinary delights! Looking forward to visiting again soon! We appreciate you and your delightful boutique!

Richard and Molly are something very special or actually someones very special for sure. Very helpful; wonderful and unique products; great service, very friendly, affordable. It was amazing to find beautiful Christmas presents PLUS have an earring fixed and a ring sized (fast service!) at a place I feel that I can trust the jeweler. Last but not least, it's so nice to go into a jewelry store and not feel intimidated but rather feel very welcome. Thank you, Molly and Richard!

We make it a point to see Richard at Something Special for multiple services - replace watch batteries, finding unique gifts (with gift wrapping), finding unique estate jewelry and getting jewelry cleaned and repaired. He's someone we trust and enjoy supporting his local business.

Took my ring to have it consigned. The owner told me it would sell quick. 6 months later i went to pick it up. He had taken the real diamond out and put a fake one in. This guy is a big time CROOK. It was my word against his. BEWARE.

What a cool shop. The owner is a gemologist. He has some great estate jewelry. I bought a beautiful turquoise ring. I thought it was jade.He really has a mix of items. Really something for everyone. Things for the home and petsonal type gifts. Very unique store, you need to stop in if you are in Windsor.

Have stopped by this store every Christmas time for the past few years. Store has lots of fun items and they are reasonably priced. Staff is always so friendly and attentive, but not overbearing.

What a wonderful little shop. We walked in to buy a small gift for our daughter and ended up buying most of our Christmas presents here. The owner Richard was extremely helpful and kind. This is a small business that we felt very good about supporting. He has all kinds of gift options in various price ranges. You can find something here for everybody on your Christmas list, at least we did. He also offered to clean our rings while we waited for him to wrap our presents. He wrapped it all beautifully in Christmas paper. So not only did we get the presents we have them already wrapped and we have clean wedding rings. Couldn't ask for anything more. Also the prices are very reasonable here. Definitely will be coming back for all my gift giving needs even if the gift is for myself.
