I have been going to Shiloh for years and never have I ever had an experience like I did today. Unbelievably rude, destroyed my nails and then left polish all over my hands. I had a pedicure to follow and canceled when the tech said to me "I guess you want your pedicure now?".
Absolutely shocked. I understand people have bad days, but wow.

I absolutely LOVE Shiloh. I have been a client since 2019 and i have since moved to Southern California, however, I try to go back every month during my business trips yo get my nails done. I have tried several other shops but none have satisfied me like Shiloh. Their customer service and attention to detail is 2nd to none and Tracy and her staff are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Went in for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax pedicure was great but she cut my nails crooked. I was told it would be about five or 10 minutes for them to come and do my eyebrows waited 30 minutes. Tracy took her friend back and went and sat down at her station, never came and got me to get my eyebrows done never Acknowledged me went to the receptionist to pay for my pedicure told her she never came and got me and was told I’m sorry took my money and that was it worst customer service ever and I will not be back

I had a gel mani/pedi done on Sunday and the service not good to say the least. I have gone here a couple times before this and was happy with the outcome at that time. This past weekend they seemed to have overbooked and I felt rushed. The person who did my pedicure didn’t seem to know what to do when I said I wanted a chrome color. I had nail polish on the top of my foot and all around my toes. Got the same color on my nails by a different person and the color is already coming off and there are air pockets on all my nails. For the money spent I expected to have a better outcome. I have heard nothing but good things about this salon and had good experiences previously but this last time was not a good experience at all.

Wonderful experience! I booked my appointment online and it was very user friendly. I booked my nail appointment with Tracy and she exceeded my expectations! I’m extremely picky and haven’t had my nails done in years because I was never happy with the work. Tracy was so kind and continued to make sure I was happy throughout the process with my acrylics. I asked for thin, sharp and tapered square shape and she gave me exactly what I wanted! I’m obsessed with my nails. I will be back!

I got a pedicure here about a month ago and my nails ended up different lengths and shapes. The gel polish was bunched up around my cuticles.
I decided to give them a 2nd shot and made an appointment for dip nails. Ended up trusting the tech for something different since I showed an inspo picture. Ended up being more expensive (she didn’t tell me). The base is so uneven my nails are bumpy and the polish is patchy. She filed off my hang nails instead of clipping them and now my fingers are sore.
This is the first review I’ve ever felt I needed to write for a nail salon because I’ve never had my nails done so badly.
I felt I should go back to have them fix it but I’m worried at this point that they’ll just end up worse.
Talked to some friends about this salon and they’ve had the same experience.
