The manager at this Shell station is the WORST EVER. My debit card was charged twice in error for over $100. The second scan was actually done by her! Yet she would not credit my card because it would show her balance "over." I would call her number and ask her to call me. Nothing. The latest, over 2 weeks now, what her technology department would verify and get back to me within 48 hours. Again, nothing. I'm working with my bank as well. I plan to also file a police report so there is something on file. This manager should be FIRED.

I can honestly say this shell location is one the best I've ever been to! I go out my way to shop or get gas here! The team is outstanding! I get a car wash everyday, I've been subject trigging the car wash a few time! But the team has always helped the best they can! But in the end my car looks great! & my day is that much better. If you haven't been to this location yet, it's definitely worthwhile! The manager is SUPER awesome! She always has a bright smile & is always welcoming! She never forgets about my LOOP rewards! BIG SAVING! If you don't know, this location is the best to get your savings. Alway a joy grabbing my favorite snacks. Everything properly placed as always, as well as STOCKED! I hope you enjoy!

Okay mini Mart, but don't you dare by gas here. You'll definitely pay more at Shell than anywhere else in the city. Bathroom is reasonably clean. Staff are friendly.

I filed an incident report about a month ago because the car wash scratched my hood. They have yet to respond to my emailed incident report, I’ve called many times to the manager with no call back. Today the gas station employee told me that the manager prefers not to talk about the incident over the phone but offered no appt or time to stop by and talk in person, they said to keep stopping by until I run into her. I asked to corporate phone number to get the ball rolling and they gave me the general manager number but said he won’t answer my call. He has not answered my calls or text. Unbelievable, employees are very rude and refuse to give me a support phone number.

Worst customer service ever, the girl behind the counter tried to ignore me when i was trying to ask her a question and her attutude was even uglierlike her shes a young blond trashy girl didnt even look look knew how to dress for work poor girl her face matches her attitude ugly af. Definitely gonna let everyone i know not to go there and if they do beware for joe dirt she might ruin ur day with her face.

Bought the car wash here because usually it gives a discount (5 to 10 cents/gallon) off their high gas prices and I didn’t need much gas to top off my tank.Their car wash prices are higher at the pump vs the automated kiosk before entering the car wash ??♂️??♂️

The prices were okay but I try to use the Get Upside app and gets some cash back. Easy access off the freeway but a bit difficult to get back on. Good selection of drinks and snacks.
