After what felt like an abusive relationship with CVS a friend recommended Raley's and I'm so grateful they did! I stopped in to get more info on the availability of a hard to get medication and within seconds the pharmacist walked up, smiled, and made me feel valued and cared for as a potential new customer. She immediately looked up the availability of the drug in question and ordered one in advance of receiving my prescription so they'd have in on hand when I'm ready. I can't express how great the experience was and how polar opposite it was to the experience at CVS. I've moved all of my prescriptions over and will be a customer for life!

The worst pharmacy in Windsor. Sometimes outright rude, sometimes just uncomfortably weird, but almost always a terrible experience. It's as though the pharmacists want you to be scared, sick, and ashamed. Switched over here when CVS was understaffed, but heading back to CVS now that this is no longer an issue. Get better pharmacists, Raley's, please!

These people are amazing. I live in Washington now and went through 3 pharmacies and none even compare.

I feel terrible I didn’t get the lady’s name who helped me today, but she went above and beyond to try and help me get some medicine for my asthma. I was having problems with my regular pharmacy and my doctors office. Ultimately, I wasn’t able to get it filled because of other issues, but she was so kind and so helpful as she could be. For that I am greatful!

This pharmacy is so bad. I get emails saying the Rx"s are ready. Go to store (I don't live in Windsor) to pick up meds and get told they are ordered. Meds should be in Monday. Pharmacy is closed Sunday so if it's a weekend emergency medicine you'll have to wait until Monday or Tuesday. Meds didn't come in on Monday as I was told. "Try again Tuesday" I was told. In all, 3 round trips to pharmacy, 20 miles roundtrip so 60 miles later I got the meds my doctor wanted me to have 5 days earlier. I thank my lucky stars it wasn't an emergency. I could be dead by now. Don't use this pharmacy.

Visited the Deli twice in the course of 2 days. The first time, the young lady glanced at me as I stepped to the counter and then literally hid in the back area. I thought maybe she was just washing her hands or something, but no, she peaked out a couple of times and stayed back there. I walked away, and she started to come out, then changed her mind when I turned to start back. No deli for me that day. The next day I came by and a different employee, a middle-aged woman, waited on me immediately. I ordered some sliced meats, took them back to the fridge at my condo but did not get around to using them till the next day. That's when I discovered that she had managed to slice me roast beef thinner than single-ply toilet paper. It was a pretty useless glop of meat. I wonder if there isn't some kind of morale problem at the store. When I shopped on those days I encountered a number of employees that avoided interactions, including an older man who acted drunk and managed to briefly sleep while standing up behind a cart. I also ran into a younger woman who was pushing a flatbed cart down an aisle and, after building up steam, let it fly into the back aisle were it missed hitting me by maybe a foot. Not sure I'll be back.

The store looked really clean today but moreover the produce department looked much better this week than we've been experiencing lately, it was well stocked with our regular items.

I like Raley's: fair prices for groceries; clean, inviting stores; a large selection of goods; and great veggies. Also, they sponsor the ballpark, Raley Field. Often though the isles are narrow and crowded

Worst shopping ever. What's the point of self check when you have to wait for assistance with every key stroke. Sucks!!!
