These guys are good! They always have what I'm looking for. They're professional, informative and quick. I was expecting they would not have wiper blades for my older model Porsche. Not only did they have several from which to choose, but they offered to install them!!! I was so grateful. My positive experiences there are always consistent!

I had an issue with defective caliper hardware from my BrakeBest #C562 kit for my Toyota RAV4. But, Jose from the Oreillys on Hembree was friendly and made it right for me. Thank you!
My single gripe is that this location has a oil dropoff tank that always seems to be full. Call ahead before bringing fluids to be recycled.
Another shout-out to the staff here at O'Reilly Windsor. Made my return of nearly $600 of rental tools super easy.

These guys are super helpful! They even installed my windshield wipers for free! I was so impressed that I actually came back just to tip them. I didn't even think about tipping at an auto parts store and didn't know if they were allowed to accept. They do accept tips. Yay! ? They deserve it. ?

Had the right battery for my old 2014 auto FOB. Even help replace it for me. Great help I had already gone to two other stores for this battery. O'Reillys was such a relief.

Don't pull in here with a trailer, it was dark so we didnt realize the enteance is also an exit...small parking lot and hard to turn around...luckily it was late so not a lot of cars...
