“Top notch service from Jayson in the Windsor Verizon Store. I ordered a new phone, delivered to the store. He set up the new phone, transferred all my data and got me 100% set up. Jayson was focused, patient, made sure it was transferring and gave me update estimates. He then served another customer. I really appreciated his focus, professionalism, knowledge and easy manner. Totally pleased with this 1:1 service.”

“I went to the Coddingtown Mall with my girlfriend today. We usually go shopping together on the weekends. We went to the mall to do our regular shopping and possibly purchase new phones. Mainly just get an idea of cost and see what was on sale. I always hate when I have to get a new phone transferring the old one to the new one stresses me out. However, today I went to the Verizon store and had a completely different experience. I met a sales representative named Shawn and he made us feel welcomed right as we came in the store. What I liked was he didn't try to push stuff down our throats like most cell phone stores. He took the time to ask what we wanted and laid out what would be the most cost effective and benefical for us based on that I use my cell phone for work and my girlfriend doesn't. Throught the time working with him multiple other reps came up and interacted with us which was extremely nice of them. They were all very friendly, knowledagble and seemed to work together as a team. If you are in the market to buy a new cell phone and want to be treated well I would recommend going to the Verizon store at Coddingtown Mall and ask to speak to Shawn who I believe was the manager or sales representative. Everyone at that store was so friendly and made us feel like we were welcomed. We ended up both getting new I phones and switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. The team there was funny and made the whole process enjoyable so I didn't feel the usual stress and anxiety of switching my phone.”
