If you would update your page to show that the Windsor office is closed. I just drove an hour and a half with samples and they’re not going to get shipped out in time now.

8 days for simple blood labs! Ridiculous. This location is convenient - but awful. Back to Sutter Labs Airway.

The Windsor phlebotomists excell, but this morning to my chagrin, there were several unmasked people sitting & gabbing in the waiting room, & then a very irate unmaskedbyoung man shouting & cursing in said waiting room. Although double masked, I was shaking with fear, as I have leukemia and know people who’ve gotten Covid despite masks, vax & double boosting.I’ve been avoiding even friends & my beloved Band rehearsals- & I’m exposed at LabCorp?Maybe an armed guard would help. The phlebotomist can’t be expected to police the waiting room. Also: I did not see a “mask mandatory” sign on the door.

Was told there's nowhere in the facility to print out a physical copy of the lab order by a woman standing directly in front of a printer and directly beside a computer. Now I get to reschedule an immediately necessary appointment because I live an hour and a half north of this location.

I live roughly an hour and a half away from this location, which is unfortunately still the nearest one to me. Upon arriving with my lab order pdf pulled up on my phone, I was informed that they needed a physical copy, and that there was absolutely no way that I could send the pdf to the computer at the front desk so that they could print it out using the machine the woman speaking to me happened to be standing directly in front of. Now I get to make the same trip tomorrow because a blood testing facility somehow does not have sufficient technology to receive and print out patient documents.

Rude and disorganized. The system itself is a mess, using your license to scan in. The information is incorrect and DMV will not replace my license for 4 more years. But when DMV scans it, they get the correct information. So here you have to retype it in multiple times and then the snottiest person in the world (morning shift Feb 1, 2021) has to re-enter it again and makes condescending remarks about not having my DMV updated. I get that she has no idea what she is talking about but it was only one of five condescending remarks. Here I spent 12 years in college to become a medical provider and I'm being slapped around by someone who clearly hates her work and people. It was humiliating and very hurtful. Clearly she did not care. She did make me a list of other labs I could get my lab work done at though so that was nice. Seriously LabCorp in Sant Rosa has always been wonderfully kind! For two decades! What is the issue here? I have to bring lab tests back here and I'm definitely contacting management to find out Miss Snotty Pants schedule so I can avoid being dehumanized again.

I moved to Windsor after the 2017 fire. I've been to this location twice. I always make an appointment so I can't speak for walk-ins. Both times they were courteous and friendly. This last visit on 5/19/2020 was the best ever. When the phlebotomist said that I might feel a little sting I felt absolutely nothing. I highly recommend.

The service at this Labcorp is terrible. There is always a huge line and only one person working. I walked in today at 9:26 am and was told the wait could be until 11:00 and that she stopped doing the tests at 11:00. This means I will have drive back and my round is 42 miles, total drive today will be 64 miles today.

Hey LabCorp do you hire the blind for delivery drivers? Maybe you should teach your curriers how to drive!

I've had to get blood drawn here for routine check up. The ladies here have always been very quick, nice, and skilled with blood draws. I wish everyone had such skilled people!
