I stayed at this hotel during a work trip along with a large group of my co workers and it was an awful experience. The shower water was cold and when I called they told me the boilers were at capacity and just wait it out, so I tried again the next morning and the water was still cold. After taking my cold shower, I had forgotten my black Hydroflask with a built in straw and a dent on the top in the room restroom when I left the hotel, so when I called back to get it.. they tell me that nothing was found in that room. I know I 100% left it in that room which means one of their staff took it for themselves. I am very disappointed with the service provided here to solve any issue & the lack of honesty and integrity. If you can avoid this hotel, there are nicer hotels in Healdsburg.

We decided to book this hotel for a weekend adventure for a wedding and are grateful we did! We were greeted by Monica as we checked in. We chatted her up about the surrounding restaurants and she completely sold us on the happy hour at the one at the hotel. We ended up having a great dinner at the hotel thanks to her. What a cozy hotel in a beautiful town. We will definitely be coming back for our next trip out to wine country!

I had a king suite for 2 days for my grandson and myself. The sofa bed was broken instead of refunding part of my money they gave me points housekeeping was almost nonexistent. Staff was unhelpful and rude.

I am not sure where the other reviewers stayed but I had a much different experience. As someone else pointed out, the outside of the hotel is well lit but that light shines through the sides of the blackout curtains. The staff was very young and inexperienced. The bathroom was not at all clean. Hair on the toilet seat and floor. The room itself was well lit in the bathroom only (so I could see the dirt?). The rest of the room needed LED lightbulbs. The bed was super soft. The hotel is right next to a freeway. I couldn't believe that NO ONE in their review said anything about that. While the hotel is was fairly good about being soundproof it wasn't perfect. Surprisingly, you don't get a free breakfast ($10 if you pay in advance or $14 morning of, on top of the $270 room rate). Lastly, the tv gets Dish service. A whopping 38 or so channels. However, the first 15 channels repeat on the next 15 channels. Bottom line, a really bad tv selection. I can say that as far as air conditioners go, the inroom unit was actually probably the quietest that I have heard. Don't get me wrong, you could hear it but it was more like a fan than a roaring engine.Everything in this area is expensive but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

The location is good. Also, the room was clean and just like all other new modern Holiday Inns. The services are alright, but they don't have good breakfast. If you needs to pay for the breakfast, I would suggest eating some where else.

Do not walk around with bare feet and make sure you take a look at all surfaces before just expecting that they are clean. Also, be prepared to sleep with a well lit room due to the gaps in the doors and blinds.Also, don't bother trying to speak to anyone about it because they will just ignore you. I asked to be contacted prior to posting a review and they would not reach out.

Stayed here for a few days while exploring wine country. Great location, super friendly staff. Beds were ok could be better but could be worse. very clean and nicely updated hotel. We enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the lobby. Good food and very nice

This is the worst hotel ONLY bc of the unprofessional, terrible, rude, unwelcoming staff. Stay clear of this hotel, it's not the only game in town.

The food here is amazing. Have enjoyed every tasty bite, from appetizers to dessert. The staff is super friendly and provide great customer service. I would highly recommend a stay here. I know I will be back.

We just spent three nights at the hotel. It looks new inside and is absolutely immaculate. There's a restaurant and bar on site with delicious food. The staff is super helpful and friendly. We needed a larger room at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us with a suite with a small kitchen. Parking is a breeze. We were close to many great activities. This is easy on and off 101 but very quiet.
