Took them forever, color didn't match, and they never fixed the back up sensors.

This place used to be good and I would send people there, but the last two times we’ve tried to work with them they’ve been awful. My daughter had a lot of damage to her last car and they said it was only going to be $3000 to fix. Two months later they were saying they had to total it because now it was up to $8000. Then after she got a new car, someone sideswiped her. Not a lot of damage, but some paint on the side and we need a new headlight. They quoted $5000! Way less damage and crazy expensive. They just don’t seem like they’re on the up and up anymore ever since the father died. Needless to say, we will not be working with them a second time and will never be going back.

They presented our car as "finished" but it was obvious that quality control was very poor. The hood had shut lines that were really bad, one side was so close that you could barely get a razor between the panels the other was really wide, and the hood was slanted on the horizontal. I'm not looking for a SEMA quality car but this was a mess. Our service rep was Irvin Lopez. He apparently couldn't have cared less that the repair was poor. He really let the business down in the way he handled us. To be fair the manager of the site did respond and it got fixed, but the car should never have been presented as being fixed to us in the first place. Take your business elsewhere, there are plenty of other choices.

My son brought in his vehicle for repairs after an accident. Repairs were fully covered by insurance. Basically we were given an estimated time of repairs of a week. After six weeks, numerous calls to the business, and finally going in to complain to a manager, he finally got his vehicle back. I feel we were put on the bottom of the list to service due to my son being young and myself a woman. What a terrible feeling as a customer. The manager blamed the long repair time on the new trainee tasked to handle our vehicle. In fact he berated the trainee in front of us. As far as I'm concerned it's the trainors fault!

Been trying to get my repaired for months here but there was a mix up in the insurance companies and now it's been another month and the autobody shop left me in the dark. Was a customer since 2018 and my last time here ever. The estimate part was the easiest part unsurprisingly.

I will say they were friendly and professional, however, my "rep" didn't get the scope of the problem and seems to not have a firm grasp on the program that texts out updates...

I've used G&C 3 times over the past 3 years. This last incident will probably be the last. I brought in my vehicle it had severe damage in the front about $17k. They decided not to replace the battery. You would think for that amount of $ you would replace the battery. I was stranded twice because the battery was dead(the battery is 1 yr old). When I called about it they said it was tested and there was no need to replace it. The car was hit where the battery sits chances are it was damaged. They didn't offer to correct the problem. Most businesses have an account to cover miscellaneous customer satisfaction. I will tell people considering bringing their vehicles make sure you inspect your vehicle before you sign off anything.
Update
I don't know what G&C intentions are reaching out to me. I've called and sent emails and no one has responded.
