After extensive research of products, cost analysis, quality and DIY vs product cost plus installation labor. The FX team helped us select a more premium, and much better quality product within our budget with the install as well as offering other options. Their expertise, willingness to help, educate, and create estimates helped us feel so confident, secure, and comfortable with this (for us) big ticket upgrade. “Update! Second order placed with Wagner, 4 years after the first one. Beautiful rug! Just exactly want I wanted to update my mundane living room into a more modern look. Very helpful service, frequent updates as we waited for the rug to arrive. I could not be happier and recommend again with five more stars.(first review 4 years ago) Big selection of quality carpets. We looked at the local big box store but the selection was limited compared to Wagner. Here we found just what we wanted. They offer free measurement service, and that was done within two days. Well-sized carpet samples were ordered and arrived quickly. Once we made our choice the carpet arrived in about a week and installation shortly after that. The installers even arrived early on the scheduled day and did a good job. Furniture moving was included in the total price, which in the end was less than the big box for a better quality and more "modern" carpet. We are very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend Wagner Carpet.”

Naturlich’s Mike spent several hours prying out the baseboards and trimming the edges of the flooring to make it lie flat. Tiring work for him but I am very happy with the results! “I've needed to do business with The Floor Store twice now over the last 6 months and have had awesome customer service. Tim McGlade was more than helpful in locating and ordering replacement vinyl planking that was needed after our refrigerator leaked, damaging the existing flooring. The special order arrived when he said it would and I was able to return the unopened boxes for a full refund when the project was completed. Yesterday he helped me with the selection of transition molding needed for a doorway between a tiled bathroom floor and carpeted bedroom. He was most helpful with his knowledge, advise and suggestions, exactly the opposite of the service I got at the big warehouse chain. 2 thumbs up from me for The Floor Store!”
