Sure we got AAA but the response time was over an hour and we had dinner plans. Eventually we figured it out and made the dinner but I knew it was time for a new battery. Sure we know AAA will come to our home and swap out our battery for convenience sake, but no. There wasn’t ever a question who I’m getting the battery from. I called ahead to make sure the battery for our year and model was in stock and sent the wife up. “Thank you Interstate Battery! Two very nice guys working the store on Industrial Rd, Santa Rosa today. They made my day! Last 3 days, I had been wasting my time trying to get a battery for my Jeep at a Les Schwab shop nearer to my home. They didn’t have a battery in stock for the Jeep, but said one was available in the Santa Rosa store. They said they could grab that one and have it maybe the next day or the following day and would call me. No call back. I called them after 2 days and learn the SR battery was there but only being held for another customer. I called Interstate … 2 battery types available. Phone quoted the price, told come on in and no problem no appointment needed. When paying, the price was higher than the quote as installation fee was added that I had thought was included in the quote. I had just expected the quoted battery price and any taxes. They were super nice about letting me stick with the phone quote today and not charging the install fee. My Jeep is alive again and great service by this shop… Thanks Again!!!”

“I bought new windshield wipers and was going to install them myself. In the process a plastic part broke. I wasn't sure if I needed a whole new part replaced or what. I went to the store on Sebastopol Rd and was helped by Manny. He assured me it was no big deal and he went out to my car and replaced both new wipers. Turns out the part that broke wasn't even needed. Mind you, I had not bought the wipers there. I call that great customer service and he was very nice about it. Thank you, Manny.”
