Terrible. No answer at all at this place. They're apparently only texting, but doesn't say so in the voice-mail. It only says they return calls with 24 hrs, but they didn't text me back until 3 days later, and when they finally said I could bring them on Thursday morning, I asked what time and their time frame for pickup etc, no response again. I show up right at opening hours 9am, waited there for a while, no one at the shop and never opened. Beyond upset. I don't know how this place received good ratings!

Visiting in the area for a week and decided to call this place because of their good ratings. However I quickly found their appointment scheduling process is much too difficult. At other places one, 2 minute phone call and I have an appointment. Not so much the case here. No voice contact here. I text a message as instructed and then wait six hours for a reply. I decided to forget it. I figure they already have an established clientele and do not need new business. Just way too difficult.

Awesome place, prices are very reasonable. we've always been satisfied with how our dogs look after we pick them up, and they smell great. We found our groomer !!

I brought my two Maltese’s(Deebo and Jolene) here today and was so nervous cause I’ve had the same groomer for like I think at least 15years maybe more. I was so pleased with the service they ladies here were great and did quality work. My dogs came home happy and sassy they knew they looked good. I feel very confident that they were treated well and look forward to being a regular customer. 10/10 would recommend.

If you want a groomer who will treat your dog like their dog and love them to pieces, this is where you need to go. They have been grooming my boys since I moved here. They have taken great care of my babies. They go the extra mile to make sure your fur baby is good to go! I would not go anywhere else ever. <3

I thought I had found a groomer that I can go to regularly, but after the last visit I don't think I will return. I first took my dog here in July 2019, and loved the style and the cleanness of the work done. No complaints from the lady who groomed him. This last visit I didn't see the lady but decided to leave my dog anyway. The person who gave his cut claimed he was hard to groom (this was his fifth time being groomed and no previous complaints) and he was left with patches of fur that wasn't consistent with the rest of the style. Since he is a furry pup it's not really stand out noticeable, but it's enough for me to notice. Another yelper mentioned that there might have been a change in ownership. I'm not sure if that's true, but I won't be returning.
