If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. I got a phone for my mom last November under a promotion. I go in to pay my bill just to find out THEY ADDED A LINE THAT IM BEING CHARGED FOR that I don’t even have. A whole new number that is NOT a number I even recognize. I’m well aware of dummy lines but this one is not it. I talked to a worker in Moreno Valley about it and they even said I was being overcharged.When I went in to ask them about it some young blonde worker had gotten her panties in a bunch or had just gotten broken Up with and took her anger out on me, and was having the worst attitude and they showed me the dummy line but IGNORED THE OTHER LINE that I was being charged for that I didnt ask for. I have been overcharged for a YEAR and they refuse to take the line off.I will be contacting whoever I need to get this fixed.

TROY FAJT is by far one of THE best Tmobile employees I have ever worked with. From 2 states away, he was able to help me resolve my billing and new device trade in issue. His quick response and professionalism is unmatched. It was slightly unbelievable at first how difficult customer service was on the phone, but Troy made that completely change. He was able to not only resolve my issues but has kept me happy with my 8 years with Tmobile. If there was ever a question about me switching services, that was completely eliminated by Troy’s service today. I will forever be thankful for his outstanding professionalism and knowledgeable skill set.

I had a very hard time getting errors on my bill fixed & had to speak with management three different times. The last time I went in, the store manager was super stressed & irate yelling at me for over 20 mins complaining how she has 1005 things to do & my service is not a priority.I really dont’t appreciate the manager getting paid by t-mobile to stand there & yell at me. She was so out of control she knocked the card stand down & all the cards fell at my feet! I really hope t-mobile will do something to help their managers out. They should not be taking theirstress out on customers! At least she didn’t actually hit me!

They are by far the worst store around. My son had went in for a status update to see if he was eligible for a promotion. They took his trade in, never put it in the system and then lied to corporate saying that they didnt recall any phone. Yet they are on a recording on my son's tablet saying they got the phone. Worst part of it all was, the phone itself went missing, only to be accessing his data, his locations, his emails, they have taken over his business and everything!

I walked in at 10:30 am, there was two sales people in there , nobody else , but yet when I asked for assistance with my account, I was told to call them 611 that they couldn’t do anything for me, so what’s the point of having these T-Mobile offices open?

We are Sprint customers. Now with the meat get with T-Mobile, this is the nearest store to me. It was formally a Sprint store. So when one of our phones was not working right for 4 days, it made sense we would go here first. Prior to the merger, I didn’t have any big issues with this location. But this is the 2nd time that they seemed unwilling to help. The first was when I needed to replace my daughter’s phone. Well they said that because their system was down they couldn’t help us and sent us to the store off of Madison and Murrieta Hot Spring (this location has since closed down). They help, new phone problem solved. Well last night we had an issue w my husband’s phone. Being it’s the closest location we went in there. The associated listened and empathized but said he was not able to look up our account because the sprint system was down but only at his store. He almost seems to suggest talhat we break the screen and just put in a claim with the insurance but couldn’t tell me in my phone was insured it was very weird. I just don’t think he wanted to help and the system was not really down

Sierra and her team went above and beyond and always do to make sure our phones are taken care of and that we are on the same page. I appreciate the service here and the hardworking people who make it their goal to make your phone buying experience as smooth as possible. We could not be satisfied without her extraordinary effort to teach us and explain to us the process as well as taking it upon herself to do everything she can in her power to get us up and running with the latest technology! Sierra is a good person and keep up the hard work, it's recognized! :)

They are a scammer. They switched my plan without my authorization, added three new lines, and equipment protection for those three lines - again without my authorization.TMobile Customer service is still working to get me back to original plan, and they have been very helpful; just a lot of time being spent on the phone trying to explain the whole situation.I love TMobile but this store is shady. Go to another store.Also, if you have been scammed at this store - call T-Mobile and file a formal complaint - this store should not exist.

Customers BEWARE! This is an "Authorized"retailer vs TMobile store. They give false information & misrepresent what they can & can't do. They provide minimal after sale support.Typical bait & switch scheme. Extremely nice as they are making the sale, offering false benefits & services. Once you return with ANY issues, including outrages fees on your bill, you are told they can't help you & need to call CustomerService. Save yourself the headache & visit a traditional TMobile store.

Even though there was no hidden reward, they were not properly educated due to false or false explanations. Different staff have different explanations and the service is not good after phone activation. A dealer I never want to go to again. I regret not doing Best Buy where I originally traded. It was the first time I had an experience like this, so I was embarrassed.

Not to pleased with the product service , they have phones on display that arent in stock, then when we were told it would be in the next day, we go to pick up and they cant activate. So if these to simple things cant be accomplished by your store why are you taking up retail space. A, never display something thats not in stock, B if you notice it is getting low restock ,and C if you cant activate then what good are you as a retailer A, and you had the nerve to charge us up front for something you couldn't do. You want to keep customers from going to the competition, be up front with pricing and fees, keep items in stock that your trying to sell , and make sure you can do everything a T mobile retailer can do. Just facts!!!
