I had called in and spoke to rose asking if they accept usps and if I have a package that's going to the same place can I put them in the same box but with two labels on it and she told me " she doesn't know and that that's between me and the post office" do you not work at the post office?so do you have a problem with it? Customer service is crazy nowadays

I moved to French Valley in 2018 and have been coming here since for all of my postal needs. My fiancé and I have a home business (homemade beef jerky) and it's so convenient to use their drop off bin since we ship via USPS. From important documents to getting pages printed or scanned, they make it easy and an affordable price. My phone calls get answered 95% of the time (they tend to their customer with care). A huge one for me was when I was going through a difficult time that required a lot of paperwork I had filled out (I believe it was 40-60 pages) and needed printing, scanning and quick shipping. I was very stressed and the young girl guided me through everything with so much care and patience, finding me the best option to ship quickly at a more affordable rate. It truly became a core memory.I have never once left feeling like I didn't receive good customer service. Thank you to the older gentleman for your smiles today! I wish I had gotten his name but he was so funny and so happy. And last night, thank you to the young gal for letting my teenage daughter retake her passport photo when she didn't like her first one. There's also a younger gentleman who is always so so sweet.

I had some packages sent here to be picked up since it was the nearby ups location and the items were all refused by them and sent back. I tried to go and pick the items up and they said that it was still in route. In route back to the sender since they refused it. Plus very rude customer services. Hi Jackie. Here is the proof that it was sent there and refused. I understand now that you guys are not a ups storefront but to be a local business then it would have been nice to have been able to pick up my item and be kindly informed that you are not a ups storefront. Maybe you would have gotten a five star review. Oh and Merry Christmas.

Recently lost my wallet and it was turned in here by an employee. They made an extra effort to reach out to me by mail to let me know they had my wallet AND all the cash was still in it... someone here really went above and beyond to make sure it got back to me safe !!! I didn't think to get the name of who turned it in, but whoever it was, I appreciate it so much... you have definitely gained a customer for life! Thank you to everyone involved, I really appreciate it

Someone from or at this postal annex illegally used my information from a package I dropped off to send me a letter from PO BOX 438. This is a huge invasion of privacy and I feel extremely violated. Please take care to stop your employees or patrons from soliciting your customers.

I went in the store today to make copies for my business. However, I felt extremely uncomfortable upon walking in when I was faced with a employee, Rose, who decided to talk down upon trans and lgbt lives. I was struggling not to cry as I heard her make rude remarks of trans mothers or parent and joked with another customer about trans individuals being "too much" when it comes towards asking their assigned gender at birth. She also spoke about having kids in private school due to the fact school systems are messing up childrens lives teaching about the lgbt and sex education. She did this all while speaking to a man who works within the fire dept. As a woc and woman who is in the lgbt I am no longer returning to this store and encouraging others to not return as well. It is not safe and unwelcoming.

This is close to our house. Our coffee company screwed up our order online and directed us to pickup our coffee order at this location. For whatever reason the guy ransomed the package from my wife and charged her $5 to receive her free drop ship delivery. This guy was extremely rude to my wife and threatened to send it back. We didn't choose this option the coffee company directed us to it, with the intent of us getting our package in a timely manner, all with zero cost to us. My wife got conned straight up. Apparently he went on a rant saying "they can't use my address" "you don't have a POB here". Well Sir, now we never will! Thanks for the $5 well spent.

I want to say that I've been here twice. The first time that I had to pick up a package, there was an error that appeared on my confirmation, so I called and I changed the ship to location to my home address. The day of the pickup I received a call that there was no reason to change it to my home address and that it was still going to be delivered to Postal Annex. I picked up the package later that day. The guy was friendly and had me sign for it and there was no problem. This it's the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1.Today I go back for a second package and I had to experience THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Yan was extremely rude! When I went to pick up the second package, she said that I cannot have packages dropped at their location because I do not rent there. I said okay, I understand I will not have another package sent there. She continued to go on and on about how I should have to pay for this package and how she doesn't know why I would send it there. I snapped and said that I don't read minds and if nothing was told to me last time, how was I supposed to know? I never go there. She began to raise her voice and I asked her why are you raising your voice? It was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I will not be going back there again!!!I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY AND/OR TIME ON THIS PLACE IF YAN IS WORKING THERE.

Awesome service! Glad to have found this place close to home. Marshall took the time to see what was the best way to send our packages to our family. At the end of it all, we paid less than what we estimated at the beginning! Highly recommend!

When I first went to this location I called and got prices, went there two time with a nice younger asian lady help me. This last & final time a older asian man help me and gave me a higher price to which I asked if their fees went up and he stated they had not. I was in a hurry, so decided to just pay that price even though more then recently same tasks within the couple of weeks. However when he ran my card he added on a larger service fee which he did not tell me about. When I got back to office I pulled my receipt and sure enough those service fees were incorrect and the price. I will not be returning & told the man. Dishonestly and deceitful. This saddens me and I honestly hope as a business they address this issue.
