“I was in the story about 5 minutes before closing today and the red haired man helped me anyway despite holding him back from leaving by a few minutes. That's quality customer service I don't know if it'll be like that all the time but that shows he will handle whatever you need help with”
“My go to post office when I'm in the area or just passing through the area. The parking situation could be better but the post office does not own or lease the empty lot next to it which is why there's a fence.
When you walk in there are post office boxes. To your right you will find the clerks there to assist you with your mailing needs. If you forget something they do sell packaging items. Which is convenient so that you don't have to drive back home or run to a local store.
Ryan is always super friendly and helpful. I noticed that he knows his regular customers based on overhearing some of their conversation. He's efficient and polite to get you in and out but doesn't rush you. The space where you get helped and wait in line is on the smaller side which is why you can overhear some of the convo but the office itself gives off cozy small town post office vibes. They also offer passport services here just make sure you make an appointment ahead of time.
I'm usually able to get in and out and am happy with the service. Overall, I'd recommend stopping here to take care of your postal needs.”
“After many passport cancellations from other post offices near my location SD county, whom called me to cancel and reschedule,and my family vacation is in 2 months, I was upset. Luckily my husband decided to look for appointments near Hemet. We found post office in Nuevo, Ca. We called to make an appointment. We spoke to a girl named Ericka. She said they were booked but sometimes people cancel. She advices to still come and try. We did. Luckily we didn't have to wait so long. Ericka was fast, polite, she knew what she was doing. She collected our items and within a snap she said "all set, have a good day!" I was very impressed by her customer service and her speed" thank you Ericka!! Way to go. Now I'm looking forward to my family vacation!!”

“PERSONALLY THIS PLACE IS a hidden Jewel because I am a disabled Senior Citizen , a newbie, having No one to guide me around this township, with no personal Chaufferr, can not afford Uber, taxi, the buses do not make it easier because would have to take two different routes and the main USPS branch is WAY OUT OF DISTANCE TO GET TO.”

“I've had a p.o. box in Romoland for at least 10 years. I've never had a problem. Theyopen at 10a and closeat 3p. Mail is in box by 10a. I'd rather have my po box than have my mail all over the road. People can't keep their hands out of our mail boxes”
“I just want to say that We have a great people working at our Hemet Post Office. I really have to thank them because today a one of the personnel. I cant remember his name went above and beyond to help me. I had dropped a card in their mailbox and I forgot to write the Apartment #. He looked for it and I was able to write the # on it. Thank you again for great service and help.”
“Came in person today in need of assistance with completing passport applications for my parents. Thanks to usps employees Alexis and Georgina, they helped us complete the final steps, explained the payment process and had us in and out in 20 minutes. Both Alexis and Georgina had amazing customer service, not just with us but all customers before us and behind us. Wasn't expecting to see so many freindly smiles at the post office, I'm a little shocked by the current low rating.Keep up the great service, ladies!”

“Friendly staff. The gentleman up front helped me with my care package and it arrived in 2 days. It's a small location so it's usually really busy but all the Postal workers have been great.
