Shoutout to RoyMy hubby went there today for fix his tire coz he ran into a nail and for differential fluid change. They fixed the tire and Roy told him that he doesnt want to do the differential fluid change coz its still ok and should do if we reached 60k miles already which we havent. He said he doesnt want to just do it and take the money. I find him very honest , helpful and knowledgeable. He just charged us $40 for the tire fix. Thank you Roy for saving us a $140. Keep it up!

Came in with a request to replace low oil pressure sensor. I had the diagnostics run so I knew the issue. They said I had to rerun that test to make sure as they wouldn't do anything without that charge and no one else would. Well that's not true. Charge me 100.00 for something that takes 3 seconds to find out. Leave there for 3 hours? This job takes approx 45 minutes to replace if that. Should be a 200-250.00 job yet trying to get me for 3 hours and a test I already had done? What's that 500-600. What a rip. I've done work there in the past. So I thought I'd look into. That was the last straw. Everything over priced. Yet another company that cares about the buck more than the customer. Good luck to that company with another automotive place come of in next door.

I have spent approximately $12,000 at this establishment over the past 8 years. I will not give them another penny! I went in recently to get my tires rotated/rebalanced (which was part of my original tire purchase contract) and have my alignment checked. When I first walked in, the counter guy was in an argument with a customer on the phone. Apparently, their car had been promised by then and it wasn't complete. After several minutes, he finally looked up and gave me an annoyed look as if to say, how dare you bother me at 7:45 on a Monday morning. I explained what I needed and he asked if I was leaving the car. I told him I planned to wait. He sarcastically said, "the tire guy doesn't come in till 9....if he decides to come in on time." Since, I really needed the services, I told him I would wait. Then he said, again with attitude, "you won't be first, we have appointments." So, I said "okay, then let's make an appointment for later this week." Now, he says, "I can't make appointments because the computer isn't working". By then, I had enough with his attitude and was starting to lose my cool. Further, how does he know he has appointments if his computer isn't working! Why do they not have mechanics available when they open! It's getting close to 8:00 (half an hour after "opening") now and he can't tell what time he can get to my car and he can't make me an appointment! All of this and I have to deal with his attitude on top of it! I got pretty irate but apologized at the end and left my name and number so they could call me back when they got their computer working and were ready for business - obviously it isn't when they open the door. I never received a call back. Maybe they don't care - maybe I don't care because I do not really want to deal with them even though, by contract, they owe me tire lifetime balancing and rotations. Bottom line, they will not get another penny from this customer!

You emailed me wanting more specifics. I was pretty specific I set an appointment on your app. I got there 15 minutes early your employee told me the app has nothing to do with the shop and that there's no way to know whether or not there's time for a oil change it then told me he had no time for me and other customers are just as upset as I was

Been coming to this location for years, call ahead and schedule for an appointment ahead of time, they may be short on staff but they do a good job, had my brakes done and they did good.

Go to Firestone or America’s tire and Costco. Worst people. I took my car at 9 am today and they told me to comeback. I have to ask somebody to take me home and to take me back to this place just to find out that they could not rotate the tire because of the measurements and the car is 5 years old. Tire still looks good and they are Michelin tires 70,000 miles warranty. When I bought the warranty they said they will rotate the tire as long as it’s good and now they guy is telling me that they warranty is only good for 3 years… the worst thing is they should have told me that earlier when I took the car. I did even told the tech that the tires has 57,000 miles. Worst people. They don’t care about your time… Go somewhere else. I just had my truck service at Firestone with 5 years on my truck and they did a good job for 2 hrs with no appointments including alignment but here I just ask for tire rotation but took them 6 hrs for nothing.

We took our Jeep Grand Cherokee 2018 to Mountain View Tire to get some tires because 2 of the tires were starting to wear and they were conveniently located for us. We told them we wanted them to do an exact match the 2 tires that we planned on keeping when we dropped it off. They ran some numbers told us the cost for the 2 tires were about $850, which seems on the high side, but we did it because we figured those tires were on-off road type tires. When we went to pick up the care the tires were on-road tires and did not match the back tires. We were not happy, but they told us those tires were good tires and would work fine. As we drove down the road we noticed that the car had a weird feeling like the tires were not balanced, which they claim they did. So we went back the following day and they said the tires were way out of balance and fixed it. As we drove the car it felt better, but it still felt like they were not properly balanced. A week later it felt like they had never balanced the tires. And a day later the car started jerking into gear at start. It almost felt like the engine block was loose so we set up an appointment at Jeep the following day. That jerking turned into a grinding slippage on the power train like the gears were not engaging. At the Jeep Dealer they took it for a test drive and when they got out they looked at the tires and said that the tires are mismatched. They said on a 4 wheel vehicle with computers if the balance is off because the tires are a different size that the computer will think that you are off roading and try to adapt the pressure going to each wheel. They asked where we got the 2 new tires from and said don't go their again because they should have known and told you that you need to change all 4 of them, which they did not do. We went to America's Tire in Temecula down by the Winchester, CA Mall and they felt territory and confirmed what Jeep said. They gave us a great deal and replaced all 4 tires, including the 2 newer ones for $900. They measured the tread on the 2 new ones and said because they were not balanced those tires went down to a measure of 7 of 10 and the off balance made it so those needed to be replaced too. For those reasons I highly recommend finding another auto shop.

I have been coming here for 8 years. But after today's experience no longer will I come here. An employee named Sam rudest person I have ever met. I arrived at store 7:28 opens at 7:30Jerked door out of my hand and said we are not open yet in a loud and antagonistic voice.Then locks door comes back 5 minutes later and unlocks door does not open door and say come on in can I help you?I ask to get my oil changedI told him I had a coupon and he said oh I won't match that coupon. I told him I've been coming here for eight years and they've always match the coupon for an oil change.He said no and if you don't like it, go somewhere else. I will never visit this establishment again and I don't recommend that you do it either.

Quoted double the price of other auto-shops for brakes($1100 more). I’ve brought our vehicles here in the past for convenience of location. Never again.

My family has been taking our cars here for over 6 years the service we had before was amazing. Customer service since eddy left has gone down hill. The new assistant manager Shannon has horrible customer service and will actually argue with you regarding matters rather than being professional. This place will no longer get anymore of my families business. If you cannot treat customers with respect and professionalism you have no business taking care of our cars. Very disappointed in what this place has become.

Beware they're trying to cheat people out of their money. Go some where else, charged $65 for a diagnostic inspection that was worthless. Tried to say we needed new tires, amongst other things, we literally changed all tires less than 2 months ago! Quoted $1100 for breaks but then said it might be more depending on what else is needed, what a joke. Awful customer service, doesn't even listen. Helped by Robert Gray

Went in for an oil change, they called me once the car was in and said it needed more work quoted me a little over a $1,000 for the work. I had them repeat the total so that I knew I hadn't heard it wrong. When I showed up they were charging me $1800. Accused me of mishearing, even though I asked him to repeat it over the phone. I will never get work done here again.

First off, I was quoted a price, and then they said I needed to come in to leave a deposit for the tires needed to be ordered and would be here in the morning. I arrived to leave a deposit, and they wanted all paid in full work and tires. I was tired. So I didn't argue this. Boy do I Wish I hadMy husband said no way, yet I was tired and just wanted it done, so I paid in full. I said I wanted the two front tires, which were my worst replaced.I showed up to pick up my car only to find they replaced my two best tires, not the ones the ones that needed replacement . On the back. Now I'm waiting to see what they did with my good tires.As they struggle to get my front tires off. I've bought many a set of tires here, no problem. I'm not sure what's happened to this place, but we won't be back

I had low tire psi in one of my van tires so I drove to Mountain View tire and they patched it within 1 hr! Always a pleasure
