“I've been a customer for a little over 6 months now. I visit every few days to pick up my mail. The staff was great at helping me set up my box and my change of address. Even helped add my roommate when he was able to come on a different day. Always greet you when you come in the door and so friendly. When we moved again recently we had the option to move our mail to our residential address but opted to keep our current box at Postal Annex. They're convenient to my work location and the service is awesome.”

“Amazing experience anyone complaining about the prices obviously don't understand the business and should re evaluate their own situation. Stamps labels and everything is cheaper or on par with anywhere else and you're IN AND OUT OF THE STORE in typically less than 10 minutes unless there's a line which isn't too often.”

I hadn't even taped the box I had brought because I needed tape and was in a hurry, but Patrick said he'd handle it and stick the sticker on there for me. This store is always helpful and great with getting the job done!”

“I’d really love to give this place a 5 star rating just based on one gal, Yesenia. She is THE most gracious and professional person there (she even knows me by name!) however; there is at least ONE woman that always seems to be unhappy, maybe hates her job and takes it out on customers or just doesn’t understand the concept of decorum when speaking to people who are paying YOU money. I can never catch her name, but I think we ALL know who she is and because of her, I can’t give this place a 5 star rating. Any other time I am there, it’s a pleasant experience, but when she’s there, not so much.”

“I've been using this location for a few years now. Never had any issues. Recently I shipped something through here using UPS, and UPS lost it. The owner did everything in her power to fight for my refund and claim to be paid (I did insure properly). UPS was difficult to deal with, but she perservered and I got my money back (which was a large amount). I can't say enough for how she handled this issue. Kept in contact with me via email and phone throughout the entire process. I will continue to use this location for my shipping needs. Thank you so very much for all you did!”
