“I think i found my new go to local spot for authentic mex eats.The price is fair for the size.Asada burrito was large and had a good amount of meat inside it and not a lot of fatty pieces, the chicken tacos were plentiful.the salsa verde wasn't hot and the rojo tasted a little like a hot sauce brand I recognized. We also picked up a boneless chicken breast to cook with another mealOrder/pay at the register upon entry; about a 10 minute wait depending on how busy it is.price: $11 asada burrito, $10 3x taco platePlace is clean and the typical carniceria mom and pop setup.. Long live small business's; they are the heart of business.”

“I like Stater's because it's laid out in a way that allows me to find everything I want or need quickly and easily. Last night I had a return (wrong item purchased), and it was handled easily and quickly with my regular grocery purchase. I've shopped them all--supermarkets, warehouse stores, specialty markets--and I keep coming back to Stater Bros. They've got the best prices, along with a great produce assortment and the best meat counter around. Shopping at Stater Bros. with my parents in the 60's and still shopping with them a lifetime later!”

I just want to publicly Thank Mr. Manny as 3! Months later he once again contacted me to see how my store experience was going. Big Kudos and props to this man. “Had a great experience while shopping at a local stater bros. Lots of friendly smiles..I'm giving ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars because at the end when it was time to pay the cashier muttered a few remarks to a fellow employee about how i couldnt find my card and how it was just adding loads of work on top of what he had already. Im not the type to complain but it was really embarrassing being looked at as an inconvenience! Don't get me wrong I always have a great experience shopping at staters it's always nice and neat with a chill and mellow atmosphere just might need to work a tiny bit on customer service is all :) but no hard feelings keep up the good work!”

“I used a coupon to order food from the restaurant that was inside the store. It was my first time and the food was outstanding. They had the best carne asada I've ever had. They make there own tortillas and have grilled jalapeños and onions. On top of that they have fresh fruit and agua frescos.”

Prices overall are comparable to FoodsCo but if I could tell you the meat counter is full scale freshest of fresh meat, fruit and veggies, oh covers most cultures AND the employees are happy! Almost as if they have great pay and benefits! I will try and find one in the Bay area”
