This is a great place for renting a trailer. They have a wide selection of trailers (from light to heavy duty). Also, various lengths. Standard to Gooseneck. They staff is very professional as well. I tried renting from United, Hercs and other companies. They all said “We don’t rent that kind of trailer”. BTR, I Will recommend you to all my friends or anyone that asks me for a recommendation.

2nd UPDATE: To Brad B. who falsely stated that the trailer we used was overloaded: the trailer was never weighed considering it had 2 bed frames and mattress', some boxes of clothes, dishes etc. and 2 couches and was driven 1,100 miles before the leaf spring blew. You have zero proof to falsely say that it was overloaded. As I explained below you can clearly see the crystallization of the metal at the break of the leaf spring indicating an excessive amount of heat and then a cool down multiple times, well before we even touched the trailer. Judging by the rest of the issues that we had before we had even put anything inside the trailer (cross threaded lug nut, nail in the tire, a spare that was almost a racing slick and a valve stem that was ready to blow out) and the low quality of the trailer/parts, it should have come as no surprise that you would try to hide the fact that there are many issues with your equipment to make a falsely stated comment like that. Not to mention the fact that you're just now commenting to a post and asking us to come down to take a look at a trailer we rented from you over 2 months ago. Like I said, very poor business model and even poorer equipment. Buyer beware.

dont rent from these guys. they will keep your card on file and double charge you. their equipment is not up to standard. their trailers are junk.

I’ve rented 2 cargo trailers this month. A 28’ and and 18’ for a week each. Both trailer’s and tires were on brand new condition. They worked perfect and the staff is friendly and helpful. Compared to renting from Uhaul, they saved me thousands! Would strongly suggest using them!

Unfortunately, I was 0 for 3 with these guys. Not only that, I wasn’t offered any sort of compensation or discount for poor products. I’ll explain.First trailer I rented. Trailer with a winch. Towed fine. Got to the middle of nowhere to load the two cars in the Forrest which 1000% needed the winch. Been sitting for 50 years. Winch worked for the first car, then the battery died. I inspected the wiring. The charge cable from the tow vehicle had been cut and was missing the half that plugs into the tow vehicle. We then spent an hour trying to figure out how to charge/jump that battery to make it work. In the middle of an 18 hour day driving, that wasn’t appreciated.I returned the trailer and pointed out the issue. ‘I’m sorry; we’ll fix it’. They said.Two weeks later, I needed the trailer again. Booked online. Called to confirm I needed the winch and that the wiring issue was fixed. ‘I’m sure it is, you’ll be fine’.I get there, start getting hooked up and look for the wire. Still cut, not charging. I bring it up to the manager, who calls over the mechanic. ‘Oh yeah….. we’re waiting on a fuse, but they still said I could rent it’. WRONG.Manager goes inside to figure out what to do. They come out and give me a full tilt trailer that was the same size. (Really their only option). Cool. Winch, tilt, I can work with that.I get the trailer home, tilt it to load the car, get the car half way up and the hydraulic starts dropping the bed. It won’t hold. So now I’m having to winch/continuously raise the bed and not lift up the front of the car with the rear wheels on the ground and cause a big scene.I immediately call and let them know there is an issue. ‘We’re sorry about that’.I make due with what I have, being I have no other options and return the trailer. I show the mechanic what’s wrong, he seems to know where it’s letting air in and can maybe solve the problem.Just a bit of a mess if you ask me. They have products most people don’t; which is a plus, but maintenance, communication and customer service are lacking.The video is showing how fast the lift was dropping without pushing the lower button.

I had second thoughts at first as I live up north in Hollister. But…. Price was awesome, trailer was off the hook and absolutely no problems driving to Texas and back.. oh and got to see all my familia in Orange County and Riverside county before… highly recommend this place without a doubt… ????♀️

Place had good inventory, we had a flat bed trailer rented for a day. The brakes was not working most of the time . I have a 2022 ram 2500 truck also a 10ch trailer of the same brand big Tex. The trailer we rented just keep telling me trailer break is not working. They couldn't get a replacement trailer in time also they charged us two more days because we had to drive really slow to return it . Bad maintenance of this place would not recommend. Also the workers are very rude and unresponsive.

Really appreciate the service and quality of the trailers. When Penske failed us during a move when we needed a 20’ flatbed, Big Trailer Rentals saved the day. I highly recommend this company. If you can tow it, use them instead of the truck companies.

Worst experience ever-Defective trailer, missing most of the bolts, and 3 blowouts (CRAPPY tires , the tire place we used after had never heard of the garbage product).. we also had a Piece of the trailer flapping in the wind, they recommended we use duct tape. Don't waste your money! And his company is very aware the 28 ft trailer is a piece of garbage, i assume they will likely place the long time damage on someone that rents their product. Beware. And yes, I wish I would have read the comments here in detail, this is the correct company we rented from also. No doubt. Relieved my family arrived safe after an out of state move but just wish we had never stumbled upon big trailer rentals. SEVERAL potential customers that also were leaving California have now looked elsewhere for the rental of a trailer.
