We ended up leaving with the intention of coming back the following day to speak with a manager, but Michele ended up calling us that same night to tell us that she found the transaction and we could do the battery replacement that same night. We went back and Michele had us in and out in less than five minutes with a new battery replaced via warranty. Thank you, Michele! O'Reilly, this woman needs a promotion her customer service is top notch.”
