My son and I just bought a new wiper blade for his car. Lacy was a great help finding the correct part( it was a wonky type that was hard to put on). She even installed it for us IN THE RAIN! She deserves this 5 star rating.

I called initially for a shield guard for my Honda HRV and Lacy was very patient and answered my questions. Needless to say they did not sell shield guards but she was able to assist me with letting me know they had the fasteners & screws.When I went to the store Lacy was very helpful in finding me the fasteners & screws. I'm very happy this location is less than 10 minutes and that Lacy works there!

The new AutoZone in our area has impressed me every time I've visited. The employees are friendly and go the extra mile to assist customers. Although I forgot the name of the young gentleman who helped my mother, his excellent service reflects what every business should strive for. They even checked my mothers alternator and replaced her battery, despite not buying it from them. The staff is respectful, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. I highly recommend this AutoZone for their exceptional customer service. It is also nice having this new store so close to home!

The staff at this location was very nice but just not helpful.I needed a battery for My vehicle. Hadn't installed one for 20 years so when I called to see if the battery was available I also asked if they could install it. I was told yes it could be installed and was given a price.I made it there within 30 minutes but quickly found out that they would not be able to install my battery. Their computer system mentioned that it would take about 45 minutes to install because there were some post connections that needed attention. I explained that I was told over the phone that it could be installed but they still would not do it.The manager was very nice. She came out and looked at it with me to verify if it was in fact something they could do. It genuinely seemed like she wanted to help but I still give three stars because the original person should have told me that there was a possibility that I could not get the battery installed. After getting a jump and then driving there... I was really out of options. If I had known from home that this could be an issue I would have called several more places and found a place that was able to install the battery.The manager did try to give me 10% off the battery but it was unnecessary since I already would receive that amount in a military discount. So ultimately I purchased the battery and left. I will have to install it myself when I get time.

Very helpful and efficient staff. I had a bad battery, and the person (name started with an L, I forget) knew their stock, checked my battery's warranty, called nearby for stock, recommended me 3 new options at different prices, and then sold me the one using the refunded core charge and 2 gift cards all under 10 minutes. I was back home and had my car fixed within half an hour. The place is also brand new, so it wasn't crowded and had ample parking.
