Loved this place. Everyone is friendly, it is beautiful, very clean, well organized, absolutely delightful. We spent one night, after our tour, parked on the lake in our van. Costs are reasonable, down home feeling, just loved it!

Year after year, same old problems!!! They just don't care. If you bring your RV and happen to travel some distance be prepared to be randomly kicked out to make room for other guests. They also secretly video record their guests, exposing this could also get you kicked out ..I could go on but why? Just say no and avoid a big hassle!!!...also weird, creepy@#@@@ ouch!!!

We used to be members before the pandemic, and we were very happy here. But this was the first time we have come back since the pandemic and, unfortunately, it was a little disappointing. We came in the middle of the week just after Memorial day, and so it was a little slow, which is nice. But if you're staying in the Bungalows or the villas, it's a little difficult because nothing is open. The restaurant isn't open except Thursdays through Sundays and they don't really have a store to buy groceries or food or something. So you're really stuck to go out and eat in a restaurant in Rancho murieta. The room is okay, nothing too special about it. The location is far from the social pool and pickleball and other activities, but it is right next to the indoor pool and hot tub which is really nice. The compound itself, is beautiful. It's very well kept up and there's a lot of Wildlife and plants and trees. We were happy to come here for a couple of days, but it just wasn't the same as it was before. Also, they enforce stickers over your cameras on your phone, which is a good thing, but the stickers they use, are cheap, and they leave a residue on your phone when you try to take them off. It took us about 20 minutes to try to clean off our phone cameras. The other thing, is that check out is 10:00, if you're not a member, and they don't even let you stay after you check out unless you pay a day use fee. Which seems a little excessive.

Visited with my partner and friends for the first time and absolutely loved it! We came during the week so it was very quiet and mellow, and we had no issues finding seats or tables to set up our picnic by the pool. Other guests were all kind and respectful, and I'm very excited to visit again soon.
Nearby activities: Lots of outdoor space for fishing, camping, hiking picnics, and they have a gym available as well.

Welcoming environment with swimming pools, hot tubs, overnight rooms for rent if you had some drinks in the bar, danced with friends and want to spend the night. Great food and interesting people.

This once premier clothing optional resort has been plagued with deferred and patchwork maintenance, staffing issues and increased fees in recent years. Hopefully it will come back but for now it is a bit shoddy.

Stayed in an RV next to a lake and across the road from the pool/hot tub/conversation pool. It was a truly enjoyable experience.
