I got sent here because they accepted Tricare, bless their hearts. I hate going to Wilmington for anything, so I wasn't expecting much at this Urgent Care. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was. What impressed me the most was the Nurse Practitioners that treated me. I didn't catch one of their names but the one I did catch was Linda Takvorian. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and compassionate. Maybe I'm accustomed to military medical, but the way she cared for me is something I'll remember for a long time. Yes, it's in Wilmington, but this is the one place in that town I'll happily visit again.
Also, they stop seeing patients after 4:00 pm everyday, even though they stay open until 7.

Very disappointed with this clinic; They are supposed to close at 7:00pm. But I have already gone to take my son on two different occasions months apart and the first time I went at 2:00pm. And they told me that they could no longer serve it because they were full, and this time I went 9/26/24, I went at 3:30pm. And they didn't have any patients, and they told me that the doctor was no longer taking patients who came back the next day. If they are going to continue doing that, they should put it on the website so that people are aware of why they no longer see patients after 2:00pm. And they should also change one or another receptionist because they are very rude, they answer you very moodily and if they don't like their job they shouldn't be working there.

I guess people have bad days but you don’t usually take it out on your customers. When you to a business for service and you in a rough spot, the worst thing someone can do is kick you when your down. At the least be socially responsible and treat everyone with fair decency and respect. Typically by not delivering smart remarks when they are unnecessary. It’s as if the referral employee knew me on a personal level and was treating me like a child. Please don’t bring your home stress to the workplace that kind of attitude gets you bad karma and for what, a couple of seconds of feeling superior. I would not look for dopamine hits in such a way. Thats a low way of living. Just like when some one is a class clown.

The lady in the pink uniform who was located at the Reception, on 05/16/24 at 2:55 pm, serves the patients who request information very poorly. She shouts, demonstrates an arrogant attitude, and the tone of voice is not appropriate. for public attention. I told her not to talk so badly to me and she told me that she is like that and that's how she will be... It was my turn and they passed the patient who arrived after me and here I'm still waiting for my turn... Let's see if the ladies allow me to pass so that a Dr can help me. evaluate…

Maybe the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Staff is useless, I waited a week for simple test result. Please go ANYWHERE else or atleast make sure you beg for all the information you need before you leave. They didn’t give me proper instructions or information and the dr prescribed me medication I didn’t even need. And didn’t listen well to my issues. Lucky for them I was desperate and had no where else to go. Im mostly grateful in all situations. But this has caused so much stress on top of my illness.

Poor customer service, they are very unorganized. They referred me to a specialist and put the wrong specialist on my authorization letter where I wasted 2 weeks for an appointment, they need to train the referral "specialist" for better customer service and improve her work skills as she makes a lot of mistakes. She also would place me on hold, then I'd hear the phone pick up and hang back up. She'd say it would be disconnected but I could hear the background noise and this happened every phone call I had with her. She talks back like a little high schooler and it's not profesional. I would give this place zero stars if I could. Avoid yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

The staff is rude and unprofessional. I tried to call to inform them on 1/03/23 that they where using the wrong phone number to one of their patients for an "approved refferal" and the receptionist who answered spoke to me very rudely. When I asked to speak to her Supervisor she put me on hold and told me that they weren't there.

Very bad service, I came in at 2pm to get my 2 sons seen. when the front receptionist tells me they are not accepting any walk ins anymore because they only have 1 physicians and they are still open until 7pm. Very bad service
