This place is trash and unprofessional. My sons shoes were falling apart and not even the same brand. His pants didn’t even fit him and they didn’t even allow us to try anything on before leaving. If you want cheap clothes and service come here. Don’t spend your money here. Find a place with better quality clothes and service.

I placed an order for table cloths and took pictures of the two colors we ordered, once we were decorating the hall for our event we noticed the color was not correct, I called and made arrangements for them to deliver the correct color, once again the color was incorrect (nothing to what we ordered), we had no choice but to keep the incorrect color, once all table cloths were on tables half (10) table cloths were stained! After multiple calls Beatriz the owner of the business admits that she did not have enough table cloths in the correct color originally ordered so instead of reaching out to us saying she didn't have enough she made the decision to give us a different color! but honestly the kicker to this is renting out dirty stained table cloths! The inside of this store is terribly dirty and smelly, the establishment smells like dog poop and pee, the dogs are cute but unfortunately she doesn't clean up after them inside the business, I should have ran out of this business with the appearance foul dog smell. The owner that runs this establishment obviously doesn't take pride in her business.

This place is very unprofessional.....my sister 15th was 4 months ago and we still do get the video or the picture....we tried calling but the owner keeps on hanging up the phone send me to voicemail....and they are very rude they don't know how to treat customers.....I dont recommend this place at all....very mad and disappointed we payed them and never got what we had to get....don't go to this place if don't want to lose money. If it would be me I would give it no star but it doesn't let me put a review with no star.

Very disappointed with this place. Female owner is very rude, impatient, and condescending. Save your money and go to LA instead. You'll get better costumer service and receive your items when they are promised.

Hired them for my sons birthday, they had the best decorations. The table covers, chairs, and balloon arc was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this to friends and use them for other birthdays in the future. Love.

Not very clean but the lady there somehow knows where everything is. Helped us find what we were looking for and the dogs were very nice too.

This place over charged me. I ordered 25 ribbons for a funeral for $30. My bill came out to $32.85 with tax. I look on my receipt and it says $37.09I know this isn't a big deal but when I tried to show her the difference she tried to tell me that $32 is just like $37.... she told me to come back and discuss it with the lady who did the transaction.That trip will cost 5 bucks..Can you imagine her doing this to eveyone,,,,, shes making extra money.Shes a rip off.The only reason she got 1 star is because you have to do that in order to post.

I had a wedding here and it was just a mess since the beginning. I only went on with it because I had already paid the deposit and she wouldn’t return it. Beatriz treats others inhumane and is just very nosy and rude. The venue is old and dirty. They have a roach and rodent problem. It is also really small. No kitchen. It was extremely hot and humid and she would not turn on the AC. At 11:15 she came in and just yelled that at 12 she is going to kick us out and close the doors whether we were ready or not and that anything left behind was hers to keep.

I'm giving them 4 stars because they delivered on everything that they promised. I hired them to do photos/video and I rented a hummer limo from them. Photos were ok and video was a bit cheesy but I didn't mind because it was affordable. This is not necessarily the place to go if you want high end pics/video. Also, sometimes, Beatriz was difficult to get ahold of. Sometimes she wouldn't answer her phone but when I called later/next day, I was usually able to get ahold of her. Everyone here was polite/helpful.
