Great customer service and beautiful jewelry. I had a piece of jewelry that needed repair. They did an amazing job of fixing it and even cleaned it before returning it! Fast turnaround time too!!

Went to Popular Jewelry based off Yelp and was very happy with the service. Everyone is friendly and they fixed a chain in minutes. Will definitely go back.

I don't recommend coming here if you're new to credit or building credit or even if you're young. Jamie left a sour taste in my mouth before leaving the store. All he did was tell me how I won't get approved and need bigger down payment which was fine with me. But he just kept doubting everything about me buying jewelry here. Also, another thing he didn't even try to run my credit. Another place near my house got me approved quick and easy. I had told him I purchased furniture earlier in the year. But overall lazy worker, judgmental for me being young, very unprofessional.

Great customer service , good and professional labor. I always bring my watches to get them fix since I always end up breaking something . These people do know what they do. The place has colognes , watches and jewelry for sale too check them out!
