I was very satisfied with Jesus for going above and beyond on helping me switch over from my old carrier. We had some issues along the way but he worked hard on getting everything worked out. Great customer service, very professional and knows his stuff ?. Also thank you to Maria for your kindness and help as well. I'll definitely keep coming here!

They're the best around. We've gone to several different metros in Carson, and in Torrance Lomita. They seem to be unable to help. When we go to the Wilmington location while the wait can be a little bit long it's worth it the associates are willing to help you and to guide you if you need help.

Went in with problems with my SIM. Was clean and professional. Staff (Saturday October 17 2020, 11am Lady employee helped me) she was respectful courteous and prompt.Handicap parking is available with limited parking spaces. Clearly marked building located on major street. Wheelchair accessible door. Didn’t make note of public restrooms. There were no partition barriers between the desks and customers but floor was marked with social distancing in mind. Staff wore protective masks. At the time of visit there weren’t any problems with waiting in line but I’m sure there must be periods of chaos (took note of the sign in sheet used for those instances)All in all for my time and problem this location gets the greatest review from me.

I gave this store 3 stars because of the service. Two female employees that are in there were very helpful, The young lady that helped us LESLIE was a doll. I would go to her anytime. BUT, if she was at another store. What bothered me was the face mask enforcement that is mandated. I strongly believe in it and if your store doesn't follow through with it, it is a HUGE disappointment to me, especially when you have fast and helpful employees. As I was waiting patiently for my husband to receive his phone, a gentleman walked in without a face mask and NOONE said anything to him, not even the store owner. Mind you it's posted outside. Secondly, a lady with two other people walked in, she had her mask under her chin, and again, no one said anything. My daughter and I had to walk out. I didn't feel safe in this particular store at all. Please consider your train of thought and mandate a facial mask as people walk in, For the safety of your customers and yourself.

I had the best experience at this store I have ever experienced at a phone store. Geovanna Helped me out with integrity, honesty, and a kind spirit. I have had the worst day and she completely turned my day around with her excellent customer service. Thank you for the customer hospitality and help. This girl deserves a raise.

Well so far I dont have no problems with metro pcs service. My only issue with them is this: location. I stay near Figueroa and Anaheim, there use to be store near here, but now the closes building is halfway across town. Now walking is a real b!+@# so how about opening up another location near me. Also get rid of paying $3 extra wen you pay your bill inside the store, that should be online because it's too easy while traveling to a location is a hassle sometimes and time consuming. To me that's a RIP off. Other than that I'm happy until I swith for a better offer. Everyone is always looking for a better deal...lol
