Was at the store around 1:30 pm and there’s a Asian lady im assuming is the boss and she was yelling at a worker tall and skinny, if she’s the boss and wanted to address the attention to a worker the best thing is to take her to the back and talk to the employee not infront of the customers. She needs to be professional and respect workers and customers

The customer service at this location was terrible. All I wanted to do was unlock an old metro phone and they acted like they could not do it. So I was forced to buy a new phone and spend allot more money. Also it says they close at 8pm but if you get there at 7:30 they will not help you, and they will say they are closed. I understand if I got there like 5 minutes before 8pm but half an hour before they are supposed to be closed!!? Seriously? Any other location I have been to does not do that if it says they close at 8 then they lock the doors at 8. I will not be going to this location again.

I went to get a new phone from this location when the pandemic was still around. The lady that had worked there had an attitude. She was sizing me up and down like she didn't want to help me. Then on top of that she didn't give me an SMS. I thought it had already came with the phone, but she had stated that I needed to pay $30 for it. At that point I just grabbed my phone and left. It was already hot and I wasn't about to argue with anyone. Especially over no cellphone.

Horrible customer service by manager of all people! She (Kelly) was rude, making snide comments from across the store yet didn't want to deal with me directly. He attitude needs a serious adjustment for the position she holds at this store. Poor example to her employees and even worse representative of metro pcs. I wish there was less than 1 start rating that I could give.

I was looking for a Samsung galaxy 21 advertised online - it was showing low stock at this location. I drove here only to find out they didn't have it in a while.I am very disappointed in metro lately - I will switch them as soon as I find a phone with Verizon or att.

I thought it was a scam was going to switch my number to metro and get the $49 I phone, according to the girl in store the price was $49 +$60 for the monthly fee and $50 for taxes but I couldn't get the phone because they said I HAD to purchase over $150 in accessories, even though the website states nothing about having to buy accessories to get the deal.
