Been a client since 2014… that should say it all. Walked in with awful hair from previous hairdresser literally scared for Lupita to takeover. But!!!! She did, and boy was I impressed from day one. I absolutely would recommend Lupita Pros she will tell you absolutely the truth about what is wrong with your hair/how she can help you in transition to get to the color you want in a healthy manner. Cons sometimes the waiting period to get an appointment for New clients can be bit long. However once you have her as your hairdresser you will fly mountains, miss work and all for her. She does not accept walk-ins so please I encourage to call and be patient and don’t miss your appointment. I have heard new clients can wait 2 to 3 months. I personally go to her monthly and never miss an appointment. She is truly God sent I would highly recommend. Seen previous reviews and totally does not reflect Lupita.

I’m not sure why people are giving bad reviews to an honest and professional Hairstylist. She have work on my hair for 22 years, I will never let anyone else touch my hair. She does an amazing job, if she doesn’t have appointment available is because all her clients make appointments with enough time. I had waited 3-4 months if I have to, that tells you she does a wonderful job, she is the best in the city of Wilmington ❤️❤️??♀️ I will Hardly recommend her.

If i can give this place no stars i would!!! came in for a quick consultation, arrogant asf!! rude customer service, the worst tone of voice anytime i wanted to ask something she seemed so annoyed and this woman even rolled her eyes at me while doing another girl's hair and definitely terribly overpriced i think it might have been the owner bc i asked for lupita and ugh she was the worst person i have ever met in my life! pinche vieja amargada! and on top of that she said she was completely booked and didn't have anything open in the future idk how she even gets "clientele" at all with that god damn attitude

My mother went in for a quote and an arrogant lady with the worst impudent customer service told her she was unable to assist her. She was very unapologetic. She also had the worst vibe ever. She told my mother to go back in November if she wanted a quote. Lucky you she did not ask for your name but what a disappointment. How dare you treat my mother like this???? I advise you to treat your clients with the most kind, appreciation, and courtesy manner even if it means just getting a quote from you. Don't think you can surpass this attitude just because of the knowledge you have with hair color. With your ugly attitude your work is ugly!!

Lupita's does a beautiful job! I love my hair so much and get tons of compliments! I've never felt so pretty :-)
