“What a great experience. I was switching from AT&T to T-mobile after their horrible customer service and exuberant prices. I got extremely lucky to get Annie D. She was not only excellent at getting me a wonderful price but also helped me to fight AT&T to unlock my phones even though they were fully paid for. She spend over 5 hours to fight in order for AT&t to finally release my phone and pin code. Anyone else would have probably told me to go and deal with AT&T myself and once the phone lines were released to come back. She also helped me to move all data and even upload Netflics for me. I ended up getting almost $1500 back as well. Marshia, her manager was also wonderful. Both ladies are number 1 in my book. I will be referring everyone from now on to this store and to Annie. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.”

“This review is about my family’s experience with Tae yesterday evening. My wife, son, and I came in to look into possibly trading in my wife’s and my phone and switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. We already have a line with T-Mobile for my 7.5 y/o son, who was recently diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and needs a phone to connect to his Continuous Glucose Monitor. We didn’t want him to be on Spectrum like us because their cell coverage is horrible where we live.I explained our situation to Tae, and he instantly got to work on getting us the best deal he could find. Boy, did he! My wife ended up walking out with an iPhone 15, and I walked out with an iPhone 15 Pro Max. We were able to finance the cases and screen protectors as well. He gave us top dollar for our old iPhones, ported over our numbers, transferred our data to the new phones, and wiped our old ones. We also qualified for free Netflix.All that, and we spent a whopping $50 and some change. Seriously, my mind was blown! I’m writing this glowing review on my amazing new iPhone 15 Max Pro, thanks to Tae. Money is tight with a newly diagnosed T1D, so we truly appreciate what you did for us! ??”

“Stopped by this location because I got a new Boost phone online and when I tried to activate over the phone the person told me that the SIM card that was shipped with the phone wasn't compatible with the phone, that I need to get another SIM card. I stopped by Boost to buy another SIM, but the employer there was able to activate my phone with the SIM sent to me and within 2 mins. Excellent service and obviously very knowledgeable employee. Will definitely come back to this location if I have any new phone to activate or any phone problems.”

“I went to Boost Mobile and talked to one of your representatives and told her that I was having a problem talking to one of my friends on the cell phone. I can barely hear her when she talks, it sounds muffled, but she hears me ok and I hear other people talking on my cell phone while we are talking, but she doesn't hear anything, it sounds like a party line. She also doesn't receive any of my texts, but I receives all of her texts. The representative said maybe something might be wrong with her phone it all depends on how old is her phone. I told her that my friend said that she barely got her phone and it's new. She recommended that it may be best if I upgrade from a 4G to a 5G and get a new cell phone, because the record shows that my cell phone is almost 3 years next month. I can then call my friend and text her to see if everything is alright. I didn't called her yet, but I did text her and didn't get a text back. It may be her cell phone. The unexpected thing that came out of this problem was the promotional deal to update from 4G to 5G, it was so good that my brother jumped on it and said that he would pay for it. I didn't see that coming, but I thanked him for it. My brother and I also thanked the representative for telling us about the promotional deal and all of her hard work to update and transfer the files into my new cell phone. She was very helpful and nice.”

“I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't help myself given the expert customer service I received from Franklin and the entire team at FTS Broadband. Our office recently switched over to VOIP telephones. Our previous system was wrought with weekly headaches. When I complained about it to a neighbor in our building, they referred FTS Broadband. Within a week Franklin's team was able to set up our entire office. Since that time, we have had zero problems. And, whenever a question pops up, I am able to reach someone at their office every single time.Thank you Franklin and thank everyone else at the FTS Broadband team!”

“Evan S was amazingly helpful regarding wireless and home internet - promote this guy! Also, Verizon is largely unusable in much of LA, whereas in my limited experience thus far T-Mobile seems great. Also, they don't do a lot of the shady stuff that ATT and Verizon do.”

“We've been coming to get our mobile service with Jonn since I got my 1st Smart Device in 2015.He has always given my wife & I the best customer service & has taken time to explain any question this guy has had & he doesn't mind helping. No question has been too unimportant to take time to answer.He has also helped clear up a few problems we've had with our bill in the past.Now that Boost is owned by Dish, he was explaining the transition to me last month.He really enjoys what he does because if he didn't, he would NOT have taken the time to do that.”

“Fanny is AWESOME! She was very patient & professional throughout the entire nightmare I was having trying to transfer from Simple Mobile. It took several visits to solve this and to also apply & get approved for the ACP discount program.My only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is the lack of clarity on the ACP results. I had to poke around on the Metro app to find out that the discount will not be applied for 1-2 billing cycles! And I can't tell if the program has been applied to my account or not, even though it was approved.Just in case, I filled out the ACP form on the Metro app for my account and got an error message to try again later. Does that mean the info is already in there or what? Do I have to process that form again on the Metro app? A day or so later, I got an email from the ACP program saying I haven't applied yet, even though approved! So back to the Metro app and this time the form went through.Another day or so later was notified from Metro that everything was set up and the discount would be applied to the next billing cycle in a few weeks. So be patient! It takes a few days or so for everything to get set up.So far, the service & connection has been great. Good thing, cuz I really don't want to go through another nightmare of switching carriers and not having cell service for MANY days! ?”

“I had to go here today to resolve a few things. I had been over billed for a data package T-Mobile had given me when I was traveling internationally because my data wasn’t working properly. The rep said they’d comp it and I was billed for it. After bad service and poor connectivity since I’d switched over to regular account from a pre-paid account, I wanted to just go back to my prepaid service.Jennifer Jay helped me and thank goodness she did! We had to call customer service because she couldn’t make this changes in the store but it took 3 different reps, having to explain the situation 4x and close to an hour to resolve! She took care of all of it for me bc she say how they were transferring me around and providing poor service.If it wasn’t for Jennifer, I would have been even more frustrated than I already was.She’s a superstar! Just a ball of positive energy and a real can-do attitude! I literally gave her a hug on my way out.Btw, when I walked in there were at least 10 ppl in the store already, I thought it was going to be a long time before they helped me but the team of 3 including Jennifer were very efficient and I was helped within 10 minutes. Well done!”

Kristina is always super helpful and cheerful. Working from home during this past year - the internet service is critical to have and line of sight internet does just fine for a boat.
